We need OL, WR, DBs, & DL. Early & often in the draft. Who we getting some picks for? Show these players that we not just making sure everyone we like has a job. They actually have to win. Right? They’re suppose to win? Diggs & Milano seemed like only 2 fighting till the end. IMO

They’re all played out. And Dorsey is to erratic and new to his job. So he can learn elsewhere. Or go OL or defense. I say trade Tre white

They took advantage of what they were given with no fear. That’s the SB model. QB on a rookie contract it’s been proven over & over. Once the QB is off rookie contract only the elite stay. Our coaching has proven over and over they aren’t elite. Simple mistakes out of fear, complacency, and or just can’t cut it. they haven’t learned from their mistakes they don’t jam anyone at the line. Place soft coverage with the lead or in crucial moments thinking their red zone defense will be better. Stupid timeouts, constant letting off the gas, continuous deep routes on downs you should be trying to manage the yardage, sloppy play, sloppy fundamentals & tackling. It all starts with coaching. He has a lot of good qualities but at his heart he is a soft man. He has no hunger, no killer instinct inside of him. And his team is a reflection of such and has been his entire tenure. Can never finish always let’s the opponent hang around. He let another team do snow angels on our field during the playoffs. Lol he needs to take his ass to church let someone else get in the film room.

Wyatt Teller, Isiah Hogkins might have a future shot. Tre White will never be better than Mahomes 🤷🏻‍♂️ & he looked like he shouldn’t have been on the field this season. Oliver has the potential but I wish he had the same energy as Lawson. Milano is & has been the best player on that defense for years. Edmunds instincts are horrible or he could be a monster. I also agree Rousseau under the tutelage of Von Miller has shown me he has a lot of potential. Seems they don’t even trust in themselves because they’ve let 2 of their best prospects leave without even getting a shot. Been saying they all gotta go. Thanks for JA & the recognition

Fire all the coaches

Someone who agrees McDermott is soft I’ve said this for 3 years now. Buffalo will never win with McDermott as a coach he has no killer instinct. He’s to nice of a fellow. And it’s rubbing off on the team They are a reflection of McDermott. Soft as baby *****.

Yeah and the ended up doing snow angels on our own field. Lol soft ass coaches letting this team down

I mean I agree the offense needs to produce more. But our defense needs to also show up. These coaches ain’t getting it done though. You will see. Unfortunately we all will see something I’ve been saying since McDermott lost to the Texans in the playoffs. Same ***** another year. He’s soft. He makes the team soft. SOFT COACHES. No one listens to me. McDermott is a ***** *****.

Also seems odd in a SB year to have a rookie OC and punt from the 35 before half in the divisional round of the playoffs. This team is a joke. They put themselves in win now mode but leave other parts of the team as a work in progress. McDermott & Beane are honestly to worried about people’s emotions & feelings more then winning. N they have done a bunch of ***** that contradicts each other. Need to clean house. N Beane will be fired next year as well for not cleaning house this year. McDermott will never win a SB. EVER. Will never win with the current coaching staff. PERIOD. And the same thing is in true Buffalo Bills fashion we gonna rock out with McDermott until our SB window is closed. Honestly this was the best put together team. And since they beat the chiefs earlier in the season they’ve placed sloppy, undisciplined, & unmotivated football.

Disappointment and the hopes everyone will be fired by 2024. I also hope we haven’t wasted such a talented roster by having soft hearted coaches.

He also let Wyatt Teller and Isaiah Hodgins go…? Which I thought both draft picks showed they could stay and even earn a roster spot over overpaid veterans. Coordinators at the minimum must go. And McDermott should be kept on as an assistant GM. He should care about winning. And this coaching staff ain’t it. I agree and Poyer towards the end was off. But I don’t believe you blame the coach for staffing issues. It’s not his fault he only had Cam Lewis or Siran Neal to choose from

Agreed. Beasley and Brown ain’t it either Yeah I don’t understand the punt either it was literally accepting defeat in my eyes. Comes down to coaching. We need coaches and yes we do need new receivers but coaching is the main concern

We need an OC who schemes plays where not all the QBs targets are 20 yards down field on 3rd n short. Our receivers are getting separation. The passes have been off, or it’s been a low % pass schemed at the worst time. This team all year hasn’t taken what the defense has gave them and continuously just tried for the big play. Dorsey and Allen=Erratic

You know he defends Dorsey. Yes Dorsey is a first year OC. But the Buffalo Bills have done everything to put themselves into win now mode but you have a 1st year OC puts you behind the curve from the jump. Kind of ass backwards. All the coaches gotta go. Beane is too close to McDermott. He might have to go as well

I disagree I believe this will make this team not feel like the top dog and play smarter football and not think they can do anything and get away with it. This team has been sloppy and poorly coached from awhile now. We shouldn’t have won a lot of games we won and we only lost the ones we did because of sloppiness

Teams built, coaching is not. They’re old and soft. Bills need someone hungry and willing to be different. We need a killer instinct and Dorsey Allen is not it. It allows Allen to be to erratic. He’s got his best receivers running 20 yards on 3 rd n 5 it’s a constant set up for failure. McDermott is a B word. I’ve said it for a long time now. He is a great coach in a lot of ways. But he falls short in key aspects needed to win a SB.

Coaching gotta go. Play calling was horrible, and the overall coaching of the game has been a McDermott flaw. Also his ability to step on someone’s throat has showed. You need to rethink football if you don’t think the coaching has failed this team on gameday year in and year out

McDermott has done a lot for Buffalo. him dorsey and Frazier need to go. Team has been sloppy and lacked motivation since the bye
