This is the problem though people think what just happened is acceptable because The Bills are now decent. Every analyst, everyone in that locker room knew if the Bills didn’t win a SB the season is a failure. They looked soft in the divisional round, opponents were doing snow angels on the field, and they were beaten by using the same old tactics, soft scheme, no urgency, and a lack of motivation. The offense is also poorly managed. Dorsey has no scheme it’s a free for all. Receivers are told to get open & if they think they can beat their man then to go deep. That’s not a game plan or a scheme. You shouldn’t be happy with how they preformed in a game that mattered. They didn’t seem to care to me. They just went with what they know. The only reason we won so many games is because of JA. Coaching has been horrible on gameday for his entire tenure & he clearly isn’t learning from his mistakes. Nor are his coordinators.

The AFC east showed it can beat us already this year. I feel like next year we could regress & it could get alittle iffy.

Not really spent a lot of capital and shut down the window of a SB with a QB on a rookie contract. We could have just exercised his option instead of being family friendly. Still would have got about the same amount.

I’m with him being the OC. ***** if he’ll keep his shirt off when we get up 3 scores he can be the coach. Lol have some energy on the sideline. We know Fitz got no fear inside of em. Unlike some of these coaches “clears throat”

Too good of an idea & it doesn’t allow the no call when needed. You know the NFL needs to have full control if need be.

That’s all you got? The divisional opponent part is probably the only reason that game played as such. And Belicheat. Because the Dolphins wild card round this year was I believe a game on its own every coach should be fired for & we won. It was a lack of coaching, a lack of having your men prepared, it was a lack of keeping them hungry, instead of letting them believe they were gonna walk in there n walk out with a W. Seemed as if they treated the bengals game as such as well. No heart, no fire just walked in like no matter what JA got it. Coach is weak I agree and the receivers have too free of an option to go deep if they think they can beat the DB. A WR will always think he can beat the DB

So I do think if Dorsey cuts down on the crazy and actually tries to get Allen in rhythm and allows him to stay there throughout the game. Allen alone with this roster can win us a SB. But the playcalling has to be damn near perfect. Allen has shown he can control the game he just has to be put into position to do so & not feel like it all comes down to the final 2 minutes. Allow him to get up by 25 going into the half n keep the gas on. Frazier won’t matter

Nothing about McDermott is aggressive. Running every 2nd down then throwing 30 yards downfield on 3rd n short is not aggressive & it’s horrible play calling. I understand once and awhile someone pops open but a 30 yard post route shouldn’t be the hot read every 3rd n short. Especially when you punt inside the opponents 40 in the playoffs.

It’s like when you fight someone maybe something inside you tells you that’s enough while something inside of me wants to see how much blood I can make come out of their body.

I agree with all of it beside the HC. The mistakes made on gameday come down to his decision. Each & everyone of them. So while stronger OC n DC are needed, a soft HC kind of makes all that ***** not matter. He has no balls bro. He gets scared, he allows teams to stay in the game or come back by applying softer and safer methods. When we are up at 30 at half and we are fighting at the end. Something inside his body turns into a little girl during the playoffs. He doesn’t have the heart inside of his body to beat a team into submission. All his inner strength comes from his faith. I don’t know about you but God doesn’t answer my prayers. He has repeatedly shown he doesn’t have what it takes to bully a team nor finish a season.

Honestly I don’t. I assume we wont have a new HC until next year, so the options I haven’t really taken a look at. I would say let’s see how Deon Sanders handles Colorado. Also you know the fact Byron Leftwich finished his last bowl game with a broken leg hobbling up and down. He can get a good interview as well Lol. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Mike Kafka from the chiefs also.

Can someone exam or does anyone want to break down how many games JA heroics saved this coaching staff and/or bailed out allowing a team to stay in the game? Please I think the board would appreciate these #s.

C- Jefferson is cheaper adds value else where and has balled out with Kirk Cousins. While Moss is a miss/or another pick given up on. The fact he let Hogkins go wasted a pick on Fromm. N Dane Jackson is not a viable CB #2 n gets exploited. Hence Elam

Well we began trying to run the ball because that’s what McDermott thinks a team needs to do. Which didn’t allow the passing game to ever get into rhythm while Dorsey is just scheming deep balls on 3rd and short. Or 4 down territories allowing our bull#### OLine to fold. It seems our coaching staff doesn’t actually grasps what’s going on, and is only doing what they think they’re suppose to do.

I know that’s the problem. But you might get someone thinking he’ll be back in form for season start.
