The Alamodome in San Antonio would be an amazing turn of events for me as it would be a 25 minute commute. But the news reports last night (think it was NFL Live or something similar on NFL Network) indicated they should have the repairs done well before the Saints first home game.

I thought this was Peter Jennings vs. Mike Wallace.

Maybe if the Bills win early, more of their games will be shown in HD. We can only hope.

I will. The No Huddle "coverage" on NFL Network is an absolute joke. They showed all of 20 seconds of the first half of our game, and only at the very end of the half. Yet they show about 2 full minutes of Antonio Freeman down on the field hurt in the Packers-Pats game, when there are only 8 other games going on at the same time.

I've seen the Bills play in the Meadowlands, wore my Bills gear in the endzone and had a pleasant day (of course the Bills won). The negative image of the NYC fan is largely a myth.

I agree JP needs some work (big surprise there) but I predict when his career is over what will be remembered most about JP is his will to win, a la Jim Kelly. That counts for a lot and I'm glad we have a QB with a raging competitive fire.

Don't be so sure. The economics of the NFL are far different from the NHL. To say Golisano's strategy with the Bills would be the same as his strategy for the Sabres is simplistic and ignores the shrewdness that brought Golisano his millions (billions?)
