I see the first episode is about the Sunset Strip. I went to the Rainbow Bar on Sunset Blvd. about a decade ago for a late lunch. Loaded with Metal memorabilia. It wasn’t crowded, Ron Jeremy was in there eating when we were there. It had a weird set up upstairs to go to the men’s room in that it was like a labyrinth up there. Check this out. I didn’t get estimates for the bathrooms and kitchen yet. A for sale sign might be a better option.

Been out of the game, built the house 20 yrs. ago. Then it wasn’t you got two weeks to buy the house or expect a 20% increase. If that’s been the norm, maybe so since Covid, don’t see how that gets better with tariffs.

People here don’t need it to be bath water warm to enjoy cooling off on hot days. It’s not optimism, it’s a case of not being soft and needing to be pampered.

My kid has a basement bar loaded, covered wall to wall and shelves filled, with Bills stuff. Thought he needed to better represent Buffalo sports so I got him autographed Perreault and McAdoo jerseys. His response upon opening: McAdoo, was he good? Anyways, I was a Buffalo Braves Jr. booster, went a bunch. Finally had enough of the NBA, just canceled my NBA ticket. There’s just too much to overlook and not like.

Buffalo summers are plenty nice enough for pools, particularly if it’s heated. Solar covers work well to keep the water comfy and increase usage. Housing is plenty strong too. Problem is, as I’m curiously looking, that upgrading to a next level home in suburbia requires a step up of at least 30% more than what your home sells for and usually is a bidding war. Also it often requires knowing you’ll likely need to put more into if it’s more than 15-20 yrs. old.

I would think it’s reward enough living in Chapel Hill. It’s beautiful around there. Wouldn’t surprise me if that played into Belichick’s decision to take the job. As far as how he does, I hope well just to annoy his petty detractors.
