Rewatching the Week 3 Dolphins game
78thealltimegreat replied to buffblue's topic in The Stadium Wall
If that makes you mad rewatch the Vikings game. 27-10 lead in the 3rd quarter and the D gives up Cooks touchdown. This defense has feasted on backup and rookie QBs but gets exposed against better competition. It was time to make a change as people outside Buffalo have no idea how small Leslie’s defenses came up when they needed a big stop. -

Who wouldn’t honestly want this guy playing with Josh? I think I’d cut Gabe for this guy

OT…opinions of Jalen Hurts

Give him Allen’s skill talent and line and get back to me it’s a miracle they won 13 games and where the number 2 offense solely because of number 17 -
I was just checking the Madden rankings of the Olines and the Bills currently have a grade of one player above 80 that would be Dawkins sitting at 81. By contrast the Eagles have a line where every single player has a grade above 80 with Lane Johnson scoring out at 98. I keep hearing from the talking heads that Hurts is in Josh Allen’s class but after seeing what protects him Hurts probably is closer to 6-10 in the league kinda guy.

PFF Top 50 Players for 2023 - Josh Allen at 12, Diggs at 24

Josh Allen’s turnovers are magnified more than any other player in the sport. The guy has 177 career touchdowns and he just turned 27. Josh Allen had one turnover against the bengals a last gasp heavy ho…he did not give up 30 first downs to the Bengals that was the other side of the ball. -
This kid is flat out amazing.

You are unlikely to see Breece Hall week one and if you do he wouldn’t have any kind of impact anyway. As we all saw after Trey returned from the same injury it takes awhile for a player to regain his old form.

Look the Bills mirror the Washington Capitals…for years under Ovi they were a favorite if not the favorite in the Eastern Conference and would always get tripped up at some level in the playoffs. The year they were kinda an afterthought they won the Stanley Cup. It is the Bills time now to do so. They have more talent top to bottom than just about any team they face. The only thing that can stop the Bills is themselves.

Well DHOP wanted his bag and he got it. Great receiver but he played the wrong position for Brandon Beane had DHOP played defensive end he would have been a Bill. Good luck Deandre the early reports on Will Levis are you are going to earn every single penny of it since he apparently can’t hit the ocean standing on the beach. -
These stickers are put on every tape of Leslies game plan against the Bengals

Well folks if you had good old Jets Fan Thad as the first one to be upset by Josh’s comments about the media blowing things out of proportion on your bingo card you win.

Playoff offense is just as much an issue as defense
78thealltimegreat replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Bills offenses problem is very much like a team built around three point shooting in basketball… it’s amazing when shots go in but when shots don’t go down do you have another way to generate points and to be honest in many ways they haven’t. They’ve clearly made an off season commitment to give the O more ways to beat you simply by lining up in 12 and 13 personnel would shock many people.
