  1. THANK YOU; crazy how this almost cost us.
  2. i think it was Damar Hamlin who had that critical open field tackle that kept Henry from breaking that long run, which would have been a TD. HUGE HUGE
  3. That's why you do it on 3rd down. Two likely outcomes - (1) you score a TD or (2) it's 4th and inches. Less likely outcome - you get stuffed for no gain, and if that's the case, you still have the FG in your pocket. If the Ravens tie it up and we lose in OT, we are coming back to that play and why you didn't tush push twice if needed. Romo was all over that and I agree. It almost cost us.
  4. Can't believe we didn't tush push to go up 31-19. Instead, we go shotgun and put the QB at the 6-yard line.
  5. Well, we typically win when we he calls the game....except for the Chiefs in the Playoffs. So yeah, I see your point.
  6. Completely disagree because if the Ravens score the 2pt conversion and somehow win in overtime, we are going to go back to that play at what cost us. We got lucky, plain and simple. Instead of being up 31 to 19 and a two-score game, we left it at a one-score game. That's the crap that got Dorsey canned - going shotgun on short yardage in critical moments. You're putting the QB at a disadvantage at the 5/6 yard line. If you get stuffed by some circumstance, you still have the FG. But more probable outcome is either TD or 4th and inches.
  7. I'm not falling into the overconfidence Karma Trap like the Ravens were this past week. I'm keeping it level-headed because anything can happen - (13 seconds, missed FG, time management, going shotgun at the 1 yd line vice a tush push) etc. The Chiefs thrive just as much on other teams beating themselves. The entire country outside of KC is going to pulling for the Bills, that's a huge burden if they allow that to get in their head.
  8. I hope the Bills stay focused and not listen to the outside noise, because the majority of country is going to want the Bills to win and could be some added pressure. I hope they don't feel that burden.
  9. Agree, putting Josh in Shotgun at the 1.5 - 2yd line on 3rd down is inexcusable. Almost cost us.
  10. Didn’t know what to expect from him this year, but he is quickly becoming one of my favorite players.
  11. It looked like Dawkins playing against a High Schooler; truly impressive performance by Dion.
  12. **TROLL ALERT** TARGET CEASE FIRE! Target Eliminated!
  13. Shouldn't be surprised; look how long for Allen just to get people on our own message board to come around on him and appreciate his value. We had some prominent members on this board wanting to trade him in the offseason.
  14. Man, the Buffalo disrespect is REAL; despite the Bills being must see TV and dominating viewing metrics.
  15. Yet Lamar literally had mid-league numbers last year and won the MVP in a landslide. Could probably swallow Lamar winning this year if he wasn't essentially gifted it last year. He had 29 total TDs last year for goodness sake.
  16. If Josh lost an equivalent of 2x games lost, and then dividing 41 Total TDs by 15 games of actual playing time, he averaged 2.73 TDs per game. Thus taking 2.73 TDs multiplied by the 2x games of lost playing time, that would equate to plus/minus another 5.46 TDs. So, in simple terms probably around 46-47 TDs. Applying the same logic to passing/rushing yards would have been around 4228 passing and 602 rushing yards. Note: That's if the 2x games of lost playing time were circumstantially competitive as noted below by Mr. WEO.
