Not agreeing with you completely. I do feel the Ravens played a better opponent and we almost blew a game we should win. However, the Bengals are not one of the worst in the league. I believe they are closer to the middle with Seattle and the like. I dont think we are the six best in the league yet, but think we will be toward the last quarter of the season.

He seems to always have a lot of negativity for Buffalo. I think he tried to get a FA visit here and they told him even our guys are better than you or something.? -
If only he could have played behind the line that over rated Cowboy played behind. They are probably the same ones complimenting him this week.?

ESPN: Bills have the best defense in football

They probably are more potent now. A lot of losses on offense for NE. They shouldnt win this game but it is NE (and the refs) -

Kiper is always right when he says good thongs about the Bills.? Kiper has been high on JA and the Bills all offseason if I recall correctly. -

Definitely a lot better than Luke Falk. Be honest with yourself. Which 3 teams and QBs would you rather play? The Bengals and the Jets the Bills faced Were much better than the Dolphins and the Jets NE faced. NY and Pitt are a wash. -

You saw a few. The rest are who I refered to. I got money on the Bills going to the playoffs and money on them winning the division. This Offense is going to get better every week as they learn. There are currently only 8 total players from last years offense still with this team I believe and not all starters. -

Yes they have a higher probability of being correct if they say multiple teams have the best D. -

Or at least McDermott seems to be comfortable playing with them.? We gave up those points because our offense has been terrible. Have they put the devil and refs on IR.? -

Imagine that. No Jags. I said they would not be top 5 in the offseason and was mocked. Wish I could remember who it was. They played the Dolphins. -

17, 28, and 21 is pretty good offensive production. They are capable of a lot more if they clean up the mistakes. -
Rational Thoughts 24 Hours-ish Later (Bengals)
formerlyofCtown replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bengals had also shown an inability to stop them if I recall correctly. I think when we got ahead we tested some things that we are planning to employ against NE. One of the things that makes this offense so complex is that it basically has a new playbook every game. We may do some of the same things but they may be out of different formations or rather a little tweak to the formation. We are likely to see them do many things they havent done yet. -
How the Bills beat the Pats

I believe Allen will run the ball a lot. I also believe Mr. Hyde will say hello to Edelmans ribs. Edelman will wish he was out this game. If we win McDermott will ? and say "we played with a lot of heart". -
Maybe not. Brown, Beasley, Foster, Zay and a Rookie TE probably will tho. I am glad Zay and a Rookie TE are not all we have. It would be tough to play offense without 11 guys. We also need our Oline to gel.
-
If Allen throws 2 particular passes more accurately Zays stats look a whole lot different. With 2 tds and 70 more yards or so.

They are very obnoxious in some regards and not very intelligent thinking they have upgraded their team. Even before all the injuries they were a lesser team than last year. Of the losing teams that both have faced I believe the Bengals to be the highest quality opponent. The truth is no one knows what these teams really are until after week 4. If Edelman doesnt play then they may be in for a surprise. We are not the Phins, Jets or the aluminium foil curtain. Our D is no joke.
