  1. 100% how I feel too. Love and respect those guys for coming in and turning around a broken organization. They made winning and playoff experiences expected again. Am thrilled they found us a real franchise QB, AND locked him up long term. Made a few good trades. That is a lot to accomplish. But not sure how much further they can go. I'll leave it at that.
  2. If Eli Apple goes to the Jets they could have the APPLE SAUCE secondary!
  3. It was Kellen Moore. I had a pop-up sports app show 'Cowboys Coach leaves team' Typical 'hot journalism' title. Still, losing Moore (OC) is a shot to go with the 6 other assistants out.
  4. You can't do this with every player, every game....
  5. I think the Cowboy job just opened up?? Good hire fore the Dolphins. Pretty sure he know how to use Bradly Chubb.
  6. Oh Angelo is so over the top it made it amusing. I thought of it as a circus and Cataldy was the clown, and Al was the ringleader 🤣 2000-2010 Eskin was brilliant..... I understand why people could hate him, but he is a needed Archie Bunker to obnoxious Philadelphia fans Didinger is really knowledgeable, so is Jody McDonald. Also liked Mike Missanelli. Never listened to the Fanatic (97.5). I moved out of PA just before WIP went FM.
  7. No, he is a terrible pass blocker with a bad back.
  8. Let's not get carried away. I think the Eagles and 49ers are better rosters top to bottom, than either of these teams. These teams have better top end QB play IMO
  9. I was there 2000-2010 - the Reid/ McNabb years. WIP was still on 610 AM. Started with Cataldi/ Al Morganti and Rhea, peak Howard Eskin in the afternoon, and Big Daddy Graham (RIP) at night. All sorts of personalities then. Since I wasn't a fan or a hater (except the Flyers) of Philadelphia's teams it was fascinating. Was there for almost all of the McNabb/ Reid era, the Phillies rise and parade, Allen Iverson running out of gas on the Blue Route and his finals and the end of the Lindros saga. Good times.
  10. I used to live in West Philadelphia (Parkside), then moved on up to Horsham. WIP should be in rare form too 🤣 Where are you?
  11. rookie QBS were 0-4 all time in Conference Championship games prior to today
  12. Can't wait to see it!! What a sh!t show the theaters are going to be 🤣
  13. Could have taken a S too. Kerby Joseph and Nick Cross were selected in the 3rd after Bernard. Bernard fits their general LB profile. Small, quick etc. I think they did want to groom him to potentially replace Edmunds. Perhaps the idea of two Matt Milanos in the defense was a consideration. Didn't like the pick then or now.
  14. ooof ugly decision. I expect them both to be entertaining. If Cincy were to get to the Super Bowl and lose, they would join the 0-4 club with Buffalo and the Vikings which would be sweet after all the squawking after the game. It would be a hoot to see a team loose to the same team (SF) 3 times in the Super Bowl over the span of a looong time. Either way I am pulling for the NFC this year. I lived in Philly a long time and know a lot of Eagles fans, so I am going in with the Eagles the rest of the way. Hurts is very Josh Allen like in many ways (different in others), would like to see that style of QB win the Super Bowl.
  15. He has had multiple injuries for months. Dude was held together by string and paste the last two months. Poyer is one of my 5 favorite players from this run of 4 or so years. Fought like a dog, turned his life around (alcohol) and always felt he was giving max effort. Leader by example. I also know its time to start moving on from him and a few other guys from that for cap consideration and age.
