    Hopefully UB becomes a stepping stone for coaches that want a shot at a big time school. They come in here do very well and go off to a top school. This is a good thing for UB they get paid every time it happens.

    I came in and thankfully I saw the second post... it really isnt interesting. Patriots O-Line has not been good in a while.

    I dont see offensive line as a place where that happens. I see offensive lines getting rebuilt and immediately getting better. If the players are better in the O-Line it shows quickly.
