  1. One guy is tall, inaccurate, inconsistent and has awful footwork. The other is crazy accurate, makes quick reads and leads his team. I’d like one of them.
  2. Didn’t we draft a guy who was arrested for aggravated assault after getting in a bar fight and breaking a guys orbital bone.
  3. The stuff Mayfield has done is about on par with Micah Hyde spaying Jags fans with water. Hyde does it and no one notices it, Baker does it and it dominates headlines. I don't think people understand what the Bills are looking for when it comes to character, from what I've seen the Bills want fiery competitors who can control that fire and not hurt their team on the field with outbursts.
  4. Have you seen his website? He’s a very talented graphic designer too. He could be QB, team president and he could run the marketing department as well. The dude is a true tipple threat.
  5. You misunderstood me. I think drafting a 38 year old developmental prospect from a French beer league is exactly what this organization needs. Give him a few years to learn the system, and the English language . Them bam you got yourself a ten year starter that all the other teams missed. Imagine the celebration that would ensue when he breaks George Blanda’s Oldest player record. With his raw skills he could play as long as he wants.
  6. Most teams draft looking for future starters. We would be drafting looking for a future president. If things go well he’ll own the wall of fame.
  7. Remi has a Facebook page, it’s a must read. He graduated from college in 2004. He is a graphic designer. He played in this French league for 7 years. He lists himself as the team’s former QB and president. I think we should go for him. 5’ 10” mid thirties played in a French inturmural league and ran the team as its QB and ran the bussinuss side as president. I say draft him in the 1st to replace Russ Brandon.
  8. Because he does not want to be there and has threatened not to play if they tag him.
  9. Should I have put the words "obviously this is an unlikely" in bold?
  10. So obviously this is an unlikely, outside the box idea but here it is. If We had Bell and Shady we would have two of the best backs in the league. Bell averaged 21 carries per game and Shady had 17. The bills last year averaged 63 plays per game. So if we aimed for 40 carries and 25 passes both backs could get their touches. Assuming we get a Rookie QB we could sign Bell rather than signing an expensive veteran QB for our rook to learn behind. Instead of taking the pressure off of our rookie by having him on the bench take the pressure off with 2 all pro backs. Get the rookie live fire experience but in a situation where he is not asked to do too much. On top of that I imagine our new OC with his NE and Alabama pedigree could figure out ways to put pressure on the defense by creatively using both of them. At the end of the year cut ties with Shady keep Bell and transition to a more balanced offense with a QB who has had a year to develop.
  11. The file is 7X larger than I am allowed to post.
  12. Its done through NDTscouting. cloudfront is just hosing the charts and data online.
  13. We'' get height and weight for theses QBs at the senior bowl. I think he only did QBs and just seniors so far.
  14. If you like data when evaluating QBs have I got an article for you. https://d3d2maoophos6y.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/sites/25/2018/01/16214138/Contextualized-Quarterbacking.pdf
  15. I agree but either way you don’t let the guy walk unless you are sure you have some other top guy lined up.
  16. Keenum has been a top 5 QB this year. If he were here would you pay to see if he could do it again? I would.
  17. The smartest thing he ever did was bet against himself and sell 10% of his future earnings for 5 million.
  18. I like him and if the previous regime had not put us in a bad cap spot I would be all for signing him. I just think that we will be priced out of the market. He’ll either go to a team that only needs a QB or a team with a ton of cash looking to build around him.
  19. He’s going to get Stafford money. Someone will make him the highest paid player in the NFL. With the Browns and Jets sitting on 100+ mil cap space it’s sure to happen. When was the last time a major free agent wasn’t over paid?
  20. Then have 15 mill to sign our rookies and fill all our other holes?
  21. He’s going to sign the richest contract ever, think 150 over 5 years more if there is s bidding war. Are you ok with spending that?
  22. The only “limitation” is height his athleticism in the pocket is exceptional and no he’s not a rocket launcher but he has a solid arm improved by his solid mechanics. He came from an Air Raid offense similar to Goff and with 47 games played and 2200 attempts there is plenty of film of him to asses his ability to read the D and go through progressions, the reports I’ve read so far indicate he can do both of those. A guy who can move in the pocket, read the D and deliver an accurate ball on time to any part of the field goes in the 1st.
  23. I agree that character matters to them, but I think they are focusing more on flaws that hinder people approaching their job like a pro. Don’t forget Dion Dawkins was arrested to for getting in a fight outside a bar. They decided it was an anomaly. They drafted senors will 44+ games as starters, MVPs , and captains he’s all of those. Obviously if he acts like Ryan Leaf in interviews they won’t pick him, but the early returns are that he is winning people over when they meet him.
  24. If they feel he has the talent his character concerns are hardly enough to stop the Bills from taking him. Mayfield is off the charts accurate and has way better mechanics.
