But let's see what they do. I don't love the deal but trying to stay optimistic. FA hasn't even started yet.

    He's the 5th highest paid ILB in the league. You're making it sound like he's playing for free. It's not a crazy contract but it's certainly not an absolute steal.

    5th highest paid ILB in the league. Not an outrageous deal but also not team friendly. And there are definite health concerns. I would have waited and reevaluated after next season. Hopefully he stays healthy and gets back to 2023 form.
