I agree with you on fan's wishful thinking about new players ability to overperform. And here's the one player I could be accused of doing it with... I'm hopeful that McGovern's pass protection is a vast improvement over Saffold. And that he's actually been graded as a top 10 pass blocking OG in the league. Can't say that I had any basis for this hope prior to the Bills signing him and watching a bunch of videos. Do you think McGovern was bad last year in pass protection? Or just bad run blocking?

Cause the Bills line him up at OLB against 2 WR formations? Yeah, he's very good against the run for a CB. Would love to not see him get blown up against the likes of Hayden Hurst and Alex Ingold all season long.

Taron Johnson far and away the best Bills player on that list. Only 4 CB's ahead of him in zone separation. And 7 CB's ahead of him in man separation. I'm kind of hoping the guy doesn't have to play LB this year too. I can't imagine going up again TE's, FB's and pulling lineman in the box on run plays is doing a whole lot for his longevity.

Look at the map. Belarus is 100 miles North of Kyiv. For Wagner to get to Belarus they could slog all the way through Ukraine, or head east then north through Russia, towards Moscow. Then just take a left and be in Belarus.

Yeah, Prigozhin is know for laying deadly traps on the battlefield. I've been wondering if his talk about "we might lose Russia" and how many gains Ukriane has been asking in the counteroffensive is all BS in hopes of continuing to draw the Ukrainians further east into a deadlier trap.

And all of this could be a giant Russian PsyOp to create the "existential threat" they say they need to justify use of first strike tactical nukes.

I watched the film this weekend. I think it was really well done, and how discourse about controversial topics should be had. I don't agree with Walsh's ultimate binary stand on biological sex. Precisely because there are real people who are truly intersex, and there probably a dozen different ways that a people can have both biological codings within them. The most intense example I have seen is a baby that was born white on the left side, black on the right, with an ovary on the left side and a testical on the right. And so I think conservatives should have a bit more compassion and understanding about real intersex conditions, and need to know that there are many ways that people can have both male and females genetic coding in a variety of systems in their biology... But where Walsh is completely spot on is in his criticism over social contagion with children. You're not the opposite sex just bc you say you are. For most transgender youth it has become a fad, like dressing up as a goth, or identifying as a head banger, or a white kid listening to rap and thinking he's really black. The magnitude of the decision to block puberty and begin transition in youth is not at all like pressing pause on a CD, it's life altering. And I can't blame states for passing laws barring such medical intervention in children.

As someone who edits video for a living, I can pretty much make anyone say whatever I want. I have a pretty strong rule about not altering the context of their words... And I usually make people sound more articulate and impactful... He could very easily have been talking about how effective the missile defenses have been at sheltering kyiv from Russian missiles, and then said "best money we ever spent." Need to view the full unedited video to know if the context is altered.

Lyndsey Graham is a piece of trash. But the there's an obvious cut before he says "best money we ever spent.". Would need to hear exactly what he said in full context to know this isn't extremely manipulated.
