One Buffalo

I remember when it was popular to knock Allen's ability to make the short passes... (and yeah we all know he is having trouble with the long ball this year)

I am actually more with you than it might appear. All I am saying is that I expect they are shopping but are not going to act out of desperation. If the sticker price is too high then I don't expect them to make a move just because they "have to".

A move that fits the team and the long term goals.

Beane is not going to make a panic move. IF the right move is there, he will consider it and maybe take it. They have been very clear about their intention to build for the long haul. A top WR would be great of course, but I would not be surprised or upset if they don't make a move at all.

The core of the team is young. Take out guys like Gore and Lorenzo and the roster age is much younger.

They are a young team growing up together... the fun is just beginning.

He gets an A from me. Big picture he (along with Beane) has turned a dumpster fire into a machine that is gaining traction. We have been the wasteland that no one wants to talk about or play for for a very long time. He has brought respect both off and on the field. The wins are only just beginning as we see the lasting effects of the culture change he has instilled in Buffalo. Sure there are decisions and points to pick at on the micro level, but you will have that with anyone.

As the old saying goes, "Defense wins championships..." In recent years much has been made of the new modern offenses and high powered attacks. But they all have flaws and once the defensive minds are able to break them down and find the weaknesses, they can be and will be stopped. With the strength of the Bills defense I believe that anything is possible and that this team has the potential to take down anyone out there this year. Even though we might not be the "better team".

And now tonight he is at a local high school football game... he is Buffalo to the core...
