    will CNN be hosting any of the presidential debates? If so, in addition to giving the Biden camp all of the questions beforehand (which they’ll obviously do anyway), they’d better give him suggested pre-canned responses as well, or else it ain’t gonna be pretty.

    so what’s your position on them opening the games up to fans in September?

    why do I get the suspicion that a certain contingent is rooting for a big spike in deaths in the states that are reopening with looser restrictions?

    I mean, people can only work with the data that’s out there. Technically, Johnnycage is correct. Who knows what the true death rate is though, since (should go without saying) there’s a TON of people who have had this in the past four months or so who never got tested.

    Exactly. It’s the last vestige of the “things to look forward to” barrel for 2020. Even a season with no fans at the games would be a big bright spot. And it’s not selfish to hope for a season with fans at the game.

    the scope creep when it comes to wearing masks is concerning. At first it was “only in situations where social distancing is impossible”, but now based on what our state and local elected leaders are saying, it’s more like “whenever you leave the house”. I can foresee businesses making them mandatory indefinitely (which, admittedly, is their right).
