shouldn't the second interception been offsetting penalties. Bosa clearly hit Peterman with a karate chop to the head?? Anybody else notice this. This is why it looked like Peterman was pointing the other way after the play. -

too bad we don't have any useful replacement for McCoy. We have dumb and dumber for FBs. -
Longtime NFL Scout Says Taylor Is "Below Average QB"
Rocbillsfan1 replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I really hope you are joking. Dope and the Bulldog have been insufferable the last couple of days. And listening to them talk the past couple of weeks while the Bills were winning they didn't want to hear about any of the Tyrod blemishes. They act like all the fans are taking crazy pills for realizing that Tyrod is a gimmick QB that can't play the position at a high level in the NFL -

You forget McCoy as a RB and Clay as a TE. Tyrod has had the most weapons then any other QB in the playoff drought and he can't even crack a 300 yard passing game. SAD. -

I know I was at that game but concussions are no joke and that was a bad one. He had one anomily game the next week at home against a mediocre SD team coming from the west coast and playing at one o clock. His whole career was terrible after that and he even couldn't hold down a backup spot in the NFL for too long. He showed enough before that in his career to lead me to believe that his brain and his quickness never really came back the way it was. -

I hear you but a seven year vet and a 3 year starter getting benched doesn't equate to a fast change to me. What I still don't get is Tyrod is a known commoditty at this point. If you are going to have him run this offense then you have to let him loose and let him run and use his athleticism. Even in Carolina Cam was struggling and is considered a franchise guy that is getting paid and they are now having him running arond a lot the last couple of weeks because it helps their team win. Apparently the Bills would rather lose the way they want to play then win ugly by doing things that don't appeal to their system. -

Edwards if you remember correctly had his flaws especially after that Arizona game where he was knocked out. He was never the same after that, but he was more successful than JP Lossman was. I'm not saying Peterman is a franchise guy either, but it's clear he's already got more of a feel for running this offense than Tyrod does. -

According to WGR he's a franchise QB and none of us what we are talking about with Peterman. This is Lossman vs Edwards all over again. I remember Edwards rookie year and in preseason JP Lossman was struggling big time couldn't read a defense to save his life and get the ball out of his hands, but everyone remembered how great his deep ball was just like Tyrod and how he could run great just like Tyrod. JP was the superior athlete he just had to learn the game better even though he had been in the league for years at that point. Edwards goes in and just takes what the defense gives him and starts running the offense and spreading the ball out all over the place and it was clear as day to me then and its clear as day to me now. For the system we are forcing Tyrod to be in there is no way he is going to succeed and we need a change of QB for a guy that has showed some promise and has a much higher ceiling then Tyrod as a prospect playing in this type of system. -

Every Nate Peterman throw from the Saints game
Rocbillsfan1 replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There is no way they bring Tyrod back if he plays like this. He doesn't even fit the type of system Dennison wants to run which is why it's so painfully obvious that they need to make a change if he goes out and has another stinker next week. The only thing that makes me hesitant about switching the following week is you are still on the road and playing the chiefs. Maybe they wait until they come home to put in Peterman but by that time it might be to little too late and another great opportunity to make the playoffs is flushed down the drain. -
Mike Zimmer to name starting QB
Rocbillsfan1 replied to CommonCents's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
this reminds me when McCown was winning games for the Bears and setting records for huge games back to back and he rattled off like 4 or 5 wins and Cutler came back and the coach put him back in and he stunk. Coaches are stupid. -
Blame Dennison if You Want, But it's Not the System
Rocbillsfan1 replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's both of their problems. How can you not see that if your Dennison Tyrod is not going to be able to run your type of offense. I think his offense could work and would actually run smoother with Peterman because he's better suited for this type of offense. What I don't get is if you are going to play Tyrod Taylor for the year you have to scheme the offense around what he can do. You have to look at the tape of the last two years and use the bulk of that. Sure sprinkle in some new stuff but you have to let this guy use his legs whether that means play action, bootlegs, moving the pocket, having the zone read option back in place where he can run or pass. You have to revert this offense into a more college type of style. You cannot have it both ways of just forcing this guy into your style. Everyone can see that Tyrod is never going to be able to be a normal qb that can drop back go through his reads and get the ball out fast and on target. He simply doesn't have it in him and is why three years into starting and seven years in the league he's never thrown for over 300 yards in a winning game and I believe has had two wide receivers with over 100 yards in a single game. There is a reason why this guy is running every great WR out of this city. -
Anyone watch tyrods post game?
Rocbillsfan1 replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sounds like both are terrible at evaluating QBs and figuring out a winning sytem in the NFL. -
kelso and murphy were on the radio saying this was Shaq's best game. I was like WTF, the Bills dline looked like a dumpster fire and gave up 300 yards rushing and he had no pressures on Drew Breese. This was his best game?
-
I guess all the players on offense are crap. I'm sure Drew Brees would hate playing with McCoy, Benjamin, Matthews, Clay, Thompson, Holmes not to mention even when we had Hogan, Woods, Watkins, Goodwin. The guy can't play QB. He will run out every WR who comes here and expects to play the position of WR
-
dude please get a clue, I'm not talking about the one play. I'm talking about the two and a half years where this guy refuses to throw the ball to talented wide receivers and tight ends. There is a reason he has only thrown for 1 300 yard game in his life and he's been in the league for what seven years now? He should know how to read a defense and get the ball out of his hands which he refuses to do. Case Keenum was an undrafted player and a third string QB who just threw for 304 and 4tds today. And you think Tyrod is a franchise QB?
