  1. Agreed. I would probably take a 2026 3rd rounder or one of our 2nds to do it. I don't know if I do one of the 2nds or not. If it's for one of the top 3 DEs or top 3 CB... value positions, I probably would then.
  2. You don't draft a NT in round 1 who can't contribute to the pass rush. It's like an unspoken law unless he's guaranteed to be Ted Washington 2 and guess what?. ...there has only been one Ted Washington.
  3. Word. A DT at 30 would have to offer high upside pass rush ability on top of having run stuffing skills. Most accurate but funny assessment ever. Well done sir well done😆
  4. I might still do it if we had and executed a kick ass free agency plan. We'd have to bring back Hollins and Cooper(or other WR) and then sign a veteran CB and at least either another safety, or DE.
  5. It could play out that way. Gonna have to have nice free agency to allow the draft to come to us. I'd still try and get WR set in free agency because it's a weak draft there but super deep at DE and DT.
  6. He would be a phenomenal addition. Obviously kiss Garrett or Crosby goodbye but maybe you luck out in the draft at DE. I wonder if two 2nd rounders ( 1 2025, 1 2026) and a few more assorted mid rounders could do it?
  7. As Randy Quaid said in Independence Day.....I picked a hell of a time to quit drinkin
  8. I definitely believe that is what they were hoping for. Throw in the big miss on Elam and here we are. But it's the ever changing NFL you gotta swing again. I think we may have to pay up for a veteran CB this year and draft someone to keep in the pipeline this year. I'm not sold on Benford outside of this system so I'm very on the fence with paying him. Do worry all, we can still grab a DT or safety in free agency as well, go defense heavy in the draft with a WR sprinkled in , and even run it back with Cooper and Hollins. It may seem like a lot but after all the restructuring is over, we're gonna be fine.
  9. Benford is going to be another Josh Norman situation if he goes anywhere else, and I'm only paying Cook 8 million a year MAX.
  10. Dude the secondary is severely lacking talent as well. It's kinda a 1a 1b situation, with the A being the line of course.
  11. Word is Dallas was pretty hot on him during that draft. I wonder if he could fetch us a third rounder and maybe a couple other late round picks plus I think Davidson is a guy that really like in could offer some serious receiving potential as well
  12. Most definitely!!! The league is ever evolving the offense must too. We have a pretty decent offensive line for once compliment it properly. Don't worry defense we know the defense needs a serious changeover too
  13. Those guys weren't really top tier though. Diggs never was as good as he thought he was and Von only because of his age.
  14. Well when you find that way, holler at me😂😆🤣
  15. Pretty sure he's a free agent that's why I mentioned him. I'll check.... ***** he signed a one-year extension..... What a loser lol
  16. Our secondary is also severely slow and lacking athleticism.
  17. Umm, Garrett will be on the wrong side of 30 in two years. Hopefully we save draft capital and just sign Trey Hendrickson. Too many holes on D to count on one home run swing.
  18. Milano is a lot more valuable here than pretty much anywhere else so there's really not much trade value, you probably gotta restructure his contract as team friendly as you can pull off. The more surprising move might be to start getting Dorian Williams reps in the middle should Bernard be lost to free agency.
  19. I would absolutely throw Cleveland one of our 2nds for him. That move alone would be huge and allow us to fill other holes much easier.
  20. We're over there somewhere 😆
  21. Bro, I'm a line of scrimmage guy myself, but when you got guys like Mahomo and Burrow in the conference, you need guys in the secondary who can play too. It's gonna take a mixture of both, which I'm not sold on Beane being able to do.
  22. Definitely something to keep an eye on. Typically Grable is a little tall for a guard but there's been other people to buck the norm.
  23. Damn right. Stop clinging to those picks that will only get you the 5th to 8th best player at a position of need anyways.
