  1. We truly need some additional competitors.
  2. So he's teaching EJ how to yell and stab people.
  3. This guy never received the mental help he needed, especially when he was a star "student athlete" at Nebraska. So these are the only headlines he can now make.
  4. Really worked out well the first time. Perhaps we should not resurrect recent history when optimism is in the wind?
  5. Why is that enough? I might buy off on three games but you won't get guys ready in two and certainly won't get a good feel for what rookies and free agents can do. Why does no one call for a week or two of baseball spring training?
  6. Agreed. Mannion won't last that long.
  7. You can't make filet mignon out of chop suey.
  8. Brilliant! A great combine is a great combine. Any D3 kid, yes, should be suspect but this guy, in effect, aced the GRE.
  9. The difference, pure and simple, is money and having someone that can spend it wisely.
  10. In the right environment, he may be right. Perhaps Richie will keep him in line.
  11. Whaley wants to build a winner. He's not shy. No one will make all the right moves but what he's done thus far is quite impressive. With Terry's money, watch out as quality free agents are going to want to play here. The open question is how well he'll draft over time.
  12. How do you learn accuracy and feel for the game?
  13. Beats my Bills nightmares all these years.
  14. No, the only Andy I'd like involves Luck.
  15. Yes, just how do you teach accuracy and feel for the game? Either you have it or you don't, early on. I hope EJ makes me look foolish but I just don't get positive vibes watching him, all statistics aside
  16. Tomlinson or Marpet. Hopefully at least one of them will be available.
  17. The best pure runner is NFL history was far and away Jim Brown. If you saw him game after game, season after season you'd agree. No one compares. OJ was not that great his first couple years until the Electric Company arrived. Brown needed no help.
