Was watching the end of the game and with 4th and 1 on Jets 19 - I know hindsight is 20-20 but even before I was surprised he didn't go for it - Barkley would get it over 50% of the time and then they milk the clock. Don't make it - the jets have to start at there own 19. I thought there chances were better than attempting a FG. I was saying it to anybody who would listen even before Gano missed. Does that not make sense?

Thanks for all the replies - basically I got 2 a basic answers 1. It's done all the time - where man-to man is mixed with zone - part of the files is man-to-man and part of the field is zone etc... 2. It's not really done - since it would leave the zone with only 6 men and more exploitable My thoughts were maybe using this concept to slow down Hill on Sunday by having him man-to -man all day long with a second defender always in the area as part of the zone to help

Not very knowledgeable in subtleties of defensive schemes - just read this wiki entry https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zone_defense_in_American_football which helped me a bit. My questions to those who played or coached football - is there a concept similar to basketballs "box and 1" - basically having zone coverage by 6 defenders and one corner plays man to man. This way we get the advantages of man-to-man on the offense's top weapon and he gets double teamed to which ever zone he's in so he can never really pick the soft part of the zone.

Managed to get through to someone in the Bills offices and I was told that unfortunately, due to covid restrictions the Bills are not able to offer stadium tours at this time. 😞 They suggested the Bills store outside the stadium. If anyone has any other suggestions for Bills related activities in the area - I'll be happy to hear

Going to be in the Buffalo area end of June for the first time in many years - My girls first time to Niagara Falls. Wanted to find some bills related attractions in the area, maybe they'll become fans also. Couldn't find anything online - any recommendations?

2 rulings on the field I felt were not explained by the commentators and I'd be happy if they'd be explained A. On the 4th down that the Jets did not convert - the camera showed Saleh debating if to throw the red challenge flag. Isn't it a change of possession so it's automatically reviewed so no challenge? After the ref's discussed it and decided it was indeed incomplete, the commentators said that Saleh was about to throw the red flag but the refs told him we reviewed it so it's a waste of your time - wouldn't it be something the ref's are not allowed to say to a coach? I was totally confused B. Jets had a 3rd down (sometime in the 4th qtr) the bills rushed well and Mike White was flushed out of the pocket and managed to get only 3 yards rushing. A flag was thrown for defensive holding - 5 yards. The refs added it to the end of the play. Isn't an accepted penalty during the play instead of the play, not in addition to the play. Also didn't understand that. What are the rules?

I think that's because each team got a different staff member to decide the over under - so it's not one writer who thinks everyone will be over.

I don't usually bet - but could someone explain to me There are 17 games in the regular season for every team so the most there can be is 272 wins (there could be less if there are ties). The line predicts 275.5 wins, so theoretically if I bet the under on all teams I'm guaranteed to win or am I missing something?

I agree and with the depth we have at most position it would make sense to trade up and pick a difference maker to compete with the elite talent in KC. We have a window for the SB with our QB set for the few years and we're above average at most positions. What we need are difference makes.
