  2. I think he will be available at 22 unless someone like the Pats jump up and grab him. It would be ridiculous to take him at 12 and miss out on a guy like Roquan or Vea. I'm not a supporter of drafting him, but that's the way I see it.

  4. If the Bills "filled other holes" and only got a late round QB who mysteriously doesn't end up playing like a 1st overall pick, these same people that are calling for a trade down would be complaining and hammering the Bills for picking Peterman 2.0
  5. "He can't snap up his chin strap. How will that translate to the NFL? "
  6. Not saying it'll happen, 99.9% sure it won't, but 3 of the top 4 QBs in this draft all going to our division rivals?
  7. What about Shady McCoy and both our 1s for the 1991 Super Bowl title ?
  8. Too bad they don't share the same name, they could share a jersey
  9. There are several holes on the roster, there is no denying that. However, getting a good QB (even if it takes trading up) can alleviate many of those so we don't need to desperately fill them. Example: Our run D is bad, as was evident last season. With a better QB we will score more points. Start getting out to a lead or get into a higher scoring game and teams wont be running against our D as much, and our strong secondary will have its chance to shine. Add a couple more pieces and everything will be fine. I know that sounds amazing in theory and might not necessarily be true in practice, but it could have a large effect.
  10. Take a common rumor, state it like it's a fact, people will believe its official
  11. Not sure if it's correct, but did a bit of research and the most picks made by a single team in the 7 round draft was 14 by Miami in '97 Made it a point to beat that record by 1 pick: Score is 23845 (GRADE: A+) R1 P6 (IND): Rosen, Josh, QB, UCLA (A+) R2 P21: Gesicki, Mike. TE, Penn State (A) R2 P29 (JAX): Washington, James. WR, Oklahoma St (A-) R3 P8 (NYJ): Rankin, Martinas. OT, Mississippi St (A+) R3 P32: Settle, Tim. DT, Virginia Tech, (A+) R4 P7 (NYJ): Warner, Fred. OLB, BYU (A) R4 P10(OAK): Cichy, Jack. ILB/OLB, Wisconsin (B) R4 P21: Cole, Mason. C/OT, Michigan (A+) R4 P33(GB): Harris, Davontae. DB, Illinois State (A+) R5 P29: Adams, Josh. RB, Notre Dame (A+) R6 P15 (NO): Madison, Cole. OG, Washington St (A+) R6 P32 (PHI): Sieler, Zach. DE, Ferris St (A+) R6 P34 (DAL): Apke, Troy. SS, Penn State (A+) R7 P14 (GB): Atkins, John. DT, Georgia (A+) R7 P18 (DAL): Wallace, Levi. CB, Alabama (A+)
  12. I'm assuming the Bills haven't even offered him anything based on how long he's been on the market with no suitors, which is somewhat surprising. You'd think with the WRs on the roster at the moment, having Matthews is better than having nobody at all. Hopefully this all means they're confident they'll pick up a guy or two in the draft, and their confidence in Zay is obviously there.
  13. After last season's TNF game I would hesitate to call the Jets irrelevant when it comes to the Bills
  14. That site is very fun, but can get a bit ridiculous at times. I started one earlier today, it had the Giants take Chubb at #2 then had the Colts re-trade up with the Jets to #3 to take Davenport. I quit after that lol.
  15. If he signs there: 1000+ yards 10TDs ... that's how it works, right ?
  16. If I've gone through months of this predraft QB talk and dreams just to get a LB, I think I might just cry
  17. I love O'Leary, but Clay has some question marks. Upgrade a bit over him and that's a solid tandem.
  18. It's the chicken and egg problem that we've been on the wrong side of for all these years. I believe that will change come draft day, then we'll have plenty of opportunity to grab weapons.
  19. "He needs to be intellectually challenged": he has a brain and wants to know why things happen to actually understand them, being a better person and football player in the process "He has a lot of interests in life": he is a normal person and not some sociopath who eats/sleeps/breathes football with nothing else in his life
  20. Im hoping for : R1: QB and OL R2: DT and WR or TE R3: LB and OL R4: DL depth or a RB R5: DB depth R6: LB depth
  21. Mayfield at 12 isn't as far fetched as people think
