  1. "If it weren't for bad luck we'd have no luck at all."
  2. From what they are reporting, Denver is talking to teams about trades before the deadline.
  3. May as well award the SB to the Chiefs right now. This officiating is obviously biased. No tipped pass. Vikings player held in the end zone...and no PI. Player takes his helmet off...and rather than a flag he's told to put his helmet back on.
  4. Ok. Today was a disaster right from the beginning. First...the Bills were at a disadvantage with the Jags having a 10 day head start on being acclimated to London. Should the Bills have gone earlier in the week? Probably. But teams like to impact the routine of their players as little as possible. Next...we are already missing 4 key starters heading into the game while the Jags got most of theirs back. Then on the first series we lose 2 more key starters. So not only do you have subs that are not as talented playing, but you also lose the valuable communication that these players have built together. Despite the above...the Bills gathered themselves and after spotting the Jags 11 points...they made a game of it. They had one scoring drive for a TD that took all of 45 seconds! The day caught up with them...and they lost. We are disappointed in the final score and devastated by the injuries. But before I declare this season finished, let's see who is out and for how long and who we get back. If there are moves to be made by Beane so be it. I'm tired of pointing fingers and grabbing pitchforks. **** happens. And for the past two seasons it's happening to the Bills. It stinks but we're on to the Giants.
  5. Should have taken Stroud.
  6. I believe so. There was no reported injury in any of the post game pressers.
  7. Agree. Hopefully we get Benford and Rousseau back. We have Poona Ford waiting in the wings. DaQuon's greatest strength to me was versus the run. Poona could help there. That is also Shaq Lawson's strength so hopefully he's back.
  8. Anthony Richardson just left Colts game with a right shoulder injury. Let's hope they stay that way. We play them next.
  9. 37 to 7 in the 3rd quarter. Defense is stout. Turn over on downs, then a 6 play 47 yard drive. UB has been playing teams above their weight class for the most part thus far. Now they're playing MAC teams.
  10. With Von activated, they still have 5 DEs even with Rousseau out. The weakness on Jags is their interior oline. Wonder if McD has something up his sleeve with the interior pass rush.
  11. UB is doing well versus Central Michigan. I'm an alum of both schools. Anyway...UB is up 30-7 with two pick 6's by Devin Grant, S.
  12. A one-of-a-kind player. There will never be another. Rest in peace.
  13. But I thought the Bills fan base was just like any other???
  14. Diggs also stands still on passing plays. I'm rewatching the Miami game now.
  15. This is a good point. Daboll got the Giants to the playoffs last year but there is a bit of regression this year thus far. Folks could attribute Dabs success to Josh (rather than vice versa).
  16. There is a thread on this. Would be great if we could get this into 6 figures!
  17. It has been disappointing. I watch the Red Zone and there are a lot of bad teams in the league. Some teams that showed promise have been derailed by key injuries. For others, I would say it's poor coaching.
  18. Jets D is tough at home in prime time.
  19. They have JaMarcus Ingram on the PS. They really like him as well. So, I expect he might be called up.
  20. Reported on Bills app.
  21. Quay Walker has to be one of the stupidest players on the planet. He always costs the Packers.
  22. No one lives forever...except in our hearts and memories. He gave us quite a few!
  23. Agreed. I said in another thread that management ceded all decision making to Rodgers...who hand picked his coordinator and receivers. He had calf issues in training camp. Did no one consider the possibility that he might not be part of that offense at some point? Just poor planning...or no planning.
  24. I have no sympathy for them. They made their bed. When they got Rodgers, they let him bring in his offensive coordinator, his players etc. The team revolved around him. Coaches and GM acquiesced to his desires. I guess no one wanted to think about the "what if" scenario. When Rodgers had that calf injury in training camp maybe the thought should have crossed someone's mind. Didn't someone post on this board recently about calf injuries and the possibility of Achilles involvement?
