    Last time I checked the Bills aren't one of the four teams left. I am pulling for a Rams Pats Super Bowl. Though seeing the Chiefs win this weekend and the Super Bowl wouldn't be bad either. Watching the QB the Bills should have drafted win would be something.

    For me his completion percentage be up around mid 60's. He needs to be more of a pocket passer with a lot less rushing yards. If he has a season close to what Mayfield had in his second half would be what he needs to have to convince me.

    Yes you do need an all around team but if you look at the teams left. They all are high powered offenses with defenses that were ranked near the middle of pack. I hope it keeps going this way. High powered offense is fun to watch. It seems that only the fans from the days of the Rockpile hate high scoring games.

    Having those damn good numbers did very little for their record. I would rather have top rated offense and an average defense with the way the league is going.

    No one said you don't need defense to win. The days of having a top rated defense being needed to win is over IMO. Having an average defense but top rated offense seems to be the norm now. The top 4 offenses are still left.

    There is quite a few on this board that want to see more games like the Saints one from yesterday. They miss low scoring defensive battles.

    I would too. Top rated defenses don't get you far anymore. You can't talk like that on this board. A lot of the people on this board are from the day when defense was king and they yearn for that day to come back. They don't want to see high powered offense. They want to see teams run the ball and play field position.

    Only are expectations are a competitive tean that is playing meaningful games in december. Most teams expect playoffs every season. Bills fans are happy with progress.

    That was last weekend. Minus the Saints, the other 3 top scoring teams all won in a blowout. I hope the league keeps trending this way. I love watching a high powered offense. Its way better then watching a game of field position and teams going 3 and out.

    I like downtown Buffalo near the Arena. Its a really nice area and glad they are working on making it better. The only I have against the city is how quick they close or cancel things as soon as an ice cube falls from the sky.

    Judging from this thread and many others on this forum all I picture is Bills fans with their fingers in their ears saying blah, blah, blah as if they don't want to hear any negative stuff.

    RIDICULOUS you say. I'm sorry great QBs make the team around them better. Mahomes for sure would have made the offense better then it was. Allen is not on the same level.

    He may not have put up the same numbers as he did with the Chiefs but I am pretty sure he would have lifted one of the worst offenses in the league to atleast average.

    There will be tailgating still but they will probably limit to the Bills own lots so they can police it better. As far as a downtown stadium and traffic, thats why they will build a bunch of restaurants, bars and hotels around it. To keep people around after the game. For the out of towners they are hoping people will make a weekend of it.

    Maybe right now. But if they build a new stadium with amenities like the Indians Stadium does they shouldn't have a problem. That stadium has a couple bar areas, local craft brews comfortable seats and a kids play area. Of course that might too much for some of you.

    I just did the survey and I am all in favor of a new stadium downtown. Lipstick on a pig is still a pig and that's what New Era Field is.

    A top rated defense doesn't get you far anymore. The 2 best defenses that were in the playoffs both were one and done. I wouldn't be surprised if the Colts and the Saints make it to the Superbowl. 2 teams with good, not great defense but 2 really good offenses.

    What I saw was the team with the pocket passer looked the best of all three. Mobile QBs aren't long for this league. I expect Dallas to lose to either the Rams or the Saints. Why does it seem so many Bills fans yearn for the days of defense?

    Yeah watch team USA play for gold at the World Juniors.

    Maybe back then it did. Its being up for a game when it means nothing in terms of playoffs. Steelers Ravens is a rivalry as they both usually are playing to win the division.
