  1. During the playoffs as well until facing KC. And I guess that one time against the Bengals.
  2. Sounds smart. He wants to be the only option.
  3. The only thing I can think of is that this has something to do with racial bias? Go look around the league at safeties. The vast majority look like normal dudes. They don't look like tough guys. The huge tough looking guys are the linebackers and dlinemen because of their size and intimidating build. Guys like that don't play safety because they can't.
  4. If nobody talks about it, how do you know?
  5. This is an opinion based on no evidence, though. Just assumptions. Based on what evidence are they not strict about it? Players get suspended if they test positive.
  6. Based on what evidence? People say this all the time but just say "trust me, bro". It isn't the 80s and 90s anymore. These guys get busted and suspended today for a huge list of random substances.
  7. This was the last I saw on it: https://www.buffalobills.com/news/buffalo-bills-ink-six-players-from-2025-draft-class-to-rookie-contracts
  8. It all led to getting Josh Allen, McDermott, and Beane.
  9. I don't know who any of them are besides Hill, and don't particularly want to find out.
  10. Sounds like he has the Bills on his mind a lot.
  11. And fans talk about him like he is a bum.
  12. Among Bills fans he is for sure. He played pretty well last year and his presence was missed when he missed games.
  13. I didn't even know there was a schedule here.
  14. Hmm. I'd take Mayfield over Stafford, Hurts, and Herbert for sure. Stafford is old. I'd take him in his prime. Hurts is little more than a game manager who can run. He is good, but not a great QB. Mayfield can throw the ball much better than him. Herbert is just missing something. He is talented, but doesn't have that will to win. Baker Mayfield has that. Allen, Mahomes, Jackson, and Burrow are all clearly the best QBs and in a tier above the rest, but then guys like Mayfield, Herbert, Stafford, and Hurts are in that 2nd tier and it just comes down to personal preference.
  15. I feel like there was a trend back then to get rid of comment section and message board functionality from a lot of sites. Probably because it was too hard to moderate and there began to be a lot of pressure to police content more and more.
  16. What's funny about it? Blue cheese is better. Just a fact of life.
  17. I suggest Google.
  18. Emerging to me would indicate that he is already becoming prominent. That he has shown something. He is a rookie, so a complete unknown. It sounds like you like him a lot and are confident he will be good. We'll see.
  19. My Dad is from Buffalo so i inherited the Bills, even though I never lived in Buffalo myself. My vaguest and earliest Bills memories were seeing Jim Kelly in his later years. I remember seeing Bills QBs after him and noticing a huge difference in how they threw the ball. His throws were so much prettier. But I really didn't become a fan until I was a little older in the Doug Flutie / Rob Johnson era. And then we entered the drought, so that was the bulk of my fandom until the McDermott era. I think I've earned my stripes. There are a lot of young fans coming up and it isn't their fault that they are growing up in a great era to be Bills fans. I'm sure they will stick with the team just like most did who were coming up in the 90s superbowl years.
  20. Yes, but we are talking about only a handful of plays in the entire history of the game. It didn't happen often. I'd rather just go back to the old kickoff rules and move the kicker back 10 yards so it is not as likely to kick it out of the end zone. But the player safety thing is always talked about these days. I just think that football is a dangerous sport and you sign up for that when you play. The new kickoff is just kind of dumb.
  21. I'd rather face Cincy week 1.
  22. Surprise onside kicks were extremely rare anyway, though. They aren't allowed a running start anymore and can't overload one side, so that is why onside kicks don't work as well anymore. The surprise factor has less to do with it. The vast majority of onside attempts were not a surprise.
  23. I'm having trouble making conclusions from that huge cluster. Maybe they could average it out per team or something.
  24. He is already a great emerging head coach, huh?
