  1. He doesnt want to grow up, he wants to be "outraged" and Offended.
  2. This is a football forum, not somewhere to vent your politics, go to Shoutbox or PPP if you cant control yourself.
  3. Make a dreadful game even worse.
  4. Well done. Thankfully we didnt have to watch the infamous 13 seconds abomination, handled well. Who is that screeching high pitched "I Love you Josh"? Is that Poyer?
  5. I read Micah Hyde was carted off the field today, amazed not much chatter about these here at TBD.
  6. Guy is a class act! As the draft was proceeding I was hoping he would drop to us, he got close. Is that you in the foreground, next time try and smile!
  7. I respect the hell out of Najee Harris. He drove 9 hours to support his teammates at the Alabama Pro Day because his flight was cancelled. Najee himself was injured and was not able to participate. That is real dedication to drive 9 hours.
  8. Spot on. The yr 2 Allen bounce was nice and not a real shocker. It was the monstrous leap year 3 which was off the bell curve exceptional.
  9. I understand, did you read what I wrote? As I said, It might not be "fair" for the HC of the 2022-23 season but it is reality. There is no "absolute tests" for the award, it is totally subjective. Just as almost every year someone will vote Belichek HC of the year whether he does A BAD JOB OR NOT. He will always get recognition and attention due to his reputation.
  10. A lot, it is sentiment driven award and people are not machines, a few might hold it "against him". Is it "fair" for coach of the year in 2022-3 season, no but that is reality. If I were voting it would influence me.
  11. IMO Beasley is done, sans a team this seasons in the running for the playoffs that needs a veteran WR to come in and help immediately.
  12. I dont disagree, the Bills are the favorite to win it all this year so McDermott wont get much credit if the do. And there might be a few (especially Bills fans) that recall the 13 second debacle in KC and I put most of the blame on him, he is the HC.
  13. A bunch of sports books are out for the first few games, of 6 books one has the Rams as 0.5 favorite, the rest have the Bills favored by 1 to 1.5, overall consensus is Bills -1. Over/under 52. Brian Daboll and Stalley are favored to win HC of the year, McDermott lower/middle tier odds.
  14. Re Texans, I doubt it. they understand they are in a multi-year re-build and will stick with a cheap QB rookie contract with Davis Mills and see how he develops.
  15. This is better research than one normally hears on TV from obnoxious screaming football "experts".
  16. It does, no doubt. Best part it was proactive and AT THE TIME, it was a very very fair deal with J Allen and they did it off seasons when it wouldn't be a distraction. Thus far, it was worked out to perfection and JA Allen and all Bills fans have to be very happy!!
  17. You blatantly accuse someone of "lying" , seriously? And your proof of his/her lying are hearsay after the fact comments from his teammates mostly speaking to his character. Laughably weak. You even quote his teammate ""he's upset people were calling him a liar. That's not something to joke about". Oh the irony. You owe MJS an "apology" for stating he/she was lying. Pretty sure you wont do it.
  18. There aren't 2 more diametrically opposite playing style. Yes Tyrod was a better rusher, but not by much and Fitz threw a lot more INTs. Tyrod was far too conservative and afraid to take chance whereas Fitz didnt care much about the stats, he would do what he thought he had to to win, one of the reasons he threw so many Q4 ints when he would launch the ball to try win it in the end.
  19. issue will be if it lands in Federal Court , if the Feds can force the NFL to let Watson lay while the case is in progress.
  20. The Texans brain rust just wants this over...and wants Watson to get hit with a max suspension to lower the Brown's draft picks they got.
  21. This has not been the case, not even close in Houston. They had been non-stop Deshaun Watson for months. And for that matter, they have been ridiculing the Texans and Texans ownerships since Jack Easterby emerged.
  22. Strange. hearing NOTHING about this in Houston. Listening to Houston Sports radio right now and IF this were true, they would be non-stop about it so I have serious doubt about the veracity of this.
  23. Kelvin Benjamin is/was the Marcel Dareus of WRs.
