One of my favorite plays of the game was watching Allen roll right look to the end zone and see every wideout had finished their route and just standing there.
Samuel ended up being the intended reciever but had given up instead of moving back to the ball. When he saw the ball coming his way he woke up and tried to move but the ball was bad and the effort had already stunk.
Allen is now at 61% completion in games with Dorsey as a offensive coordinator. Has only 2 300 yards games in the last 12. They suck on offense and it's not just personnel.
He is playing injured. He either has a broken left hand or a couple broken fingers on that hand. That said, the offensive coordinator is calling throws he has traditionally not thrown well. He is at his best when he can throw between the hashes. Instead, we have a coordinator who wants him to throw bubble screens and comebacks outside of the hashes. They played three bad teams to start the year and they were able to hide it.
One more thing. Why can our franchise QB who can throw the ball 80 yards in the air never hit an open go route?
I mean they could also trade him post June 1st and save cash if they can find someone who desperately needs a Blocking Tight End who can star in local commercials and play Catan with the starting QB.
They will beat Pittsburgh twice. They will beat the Giants, Titans, Browns twice, Raiders and Broncos. They will have toss ups with the Cowboys, Eagles. They can get to ten wins. If that happens the Bills have no chance against them in the playoffs.
I don't have an issue with them throwing out of the end zone per se. My issue is they waited until then to decide they needed to score.
There is no cohesion in this offense. They call plays like James Cook is their star.
They will make the playoffs if the Dolphins don't get hot when Tua gets back.
That said, when they run into a team like Baltimore, KC, or Cinci who know who they are it will be over and over ugly.
