  1. I think Jones catches on and he becomes the clear number one or two; I think he is the most explosive of the Bills' receivers and I think he has good drive. I don't think you can dismiss the drops and some of the other things that Foster didn't do so well in the preseason just yet; they could resurface as the season goes on and teams start to key in on clamping him...never know...hopefully not. Would be phenomenal if Foster could maintain this level of play for a career. I agree with you on McKenzie...can't remember the Bills having that type of player on offense at the WR position; usually find them on more creative and productive offenses around the league. Times are changing for the Bills.
  2. He's an old, ranting, white man whose fixation on the past, clouds how he views present-day NFL players and the league as a whole. Forgive him.
  3. You weren't responding out of confusion as to who I was directing the comment towards, you responded because I said this was an "old white man rant". It's obvious who I directed it to: the original poster, who was attempting to subtly racialize what he feels is wrong with the league. You probably feel somewhat silenced in a world that "will bite your head off for stereotyping pretty much any group unless you are applying a negative stereotype to a white man" so you attempt to downplay subtle, racial jabs like this one, as to keep the voice from being silenced completely; I was more blunt with my take, and that is your real problem, along with the two other posters who took issue. Funny thing is that his claims can be disputed as they are mere opinions, I speak as if factually on both his race and age group, and he doesn't dispute it. I have no reason to believe that he isn't just what I stated he is: an old, white man who went on a rant because he feels trapped in an ever-changing world, that pales in comparison to how things were when he was coming up. Lastly, 46 total words in five posts, is hardly my idea of a person "worked up over the word 'thug''.
  4. I was speaking specifically about the original poster... If you don't see how race could play into this, then neither do I.
  5. Oh, I have the capacity. I would also assume that you are white.
  6. Well, guess I'll give him another vote in that case.
  7. ...or blocking Ray-Ray's sunrays. He was enjoying the Miami sun until Benjamin decided to check himself out of the game for a play, and stand directly in front of him on the sideline.
  8. No more of Benjamin stealing Zay's targets.
  9. Damn, I voted him into the Pro Bowl just yesterday.
  10. Can't fault either. Pass from Allen was under duress and he couldn't get everything under the throw, resulting in a wobbler that fell short of its mark. Clay tried to come back to the ball thinking he'd have his feet under him, synced up with his hands to the ball, but he loss his footing; the ball hit his hands but his anticipation was likely thrown off. I wish Dawkins could have kept Quinn out of the backfield for a few seconds longer on the pass rush.
  11. Missed the game. Will watch it in a few hours. Thought this would be a sure win. I figured the Bills would do a number on the Dolphins' offense. I gotta see how the hell we managed to lose putting up 415 yds to their 175.
  12. I'm hopeful that will remain true.
  13. Roethlisberger's arm strength doesn't compare to Allen's.
  14. Couldn't see the Raiders claiming Hunt with Gruden in charge. He barely spoke to Khalil Mack and was willing to part ways with an All-Pro with no character issues...and then there was the distraction in Marques King, who we also know he didn't care for.
  15. Yep. The attack wasn't 'brutal' and I'm just unwilling to make Hunt out to be some monster based on the video, especially without learning the details that led to his reaction. I've grown tired of American society's attitude towards women, which favors the coddling of them, even when it's been proven that they're guilty as sin. He's a great running back and this is football; after his 10th td in his first two weeks, it would be all head, shoulder, and butt pats following his crowd dives. Would be all for it.
  16. Hey man, all I'm saying is I wouldn't mind seeing blondie in a #62 jersey lined up at RG right now. Couldn't get any worse, couldn't get any better.
  17. On another note: The blonde chick in black tights slide blocks better than Ducasse...and has a nicer ass.
  18. I was expecting worse. Some women just love to be aggravating.
  19. Just to see if it's still breathing.
