  1. Looking at his Combine numbers, Cashman's fits the mold of fast, LB's that McDermott seems to like.
  2. Everyone's looking for WR right now, but they'll probably draft someone to shore up Special Teams.
  3. I won't put money on a non-Bills player. The ties have been cut, I no longer have a feel on the direction Peterman is heading; I only believe he is better than what he showed during his time in Buffalo. If another Bills-related opportunity for a friendly wager arises organically, I'm open to the challenge.
  4. Stanley Morgan Jr. is the other WR I'd be cool with targeting.
  5. Lol. Peterman's still in the league believe it or not. Story's not over.
  6. I'll take Shifty over Shady everyday. Bills' have been in need of a north/south runner, who can make defenders miss, for a long time. Singletary looks like the next great Bills' RB.
  7. Agree, I say 7th rd. or hope to bring him in as an UDFA. I'm not real content with the receiving unit even after the signings, hopefully Beane is still searching for additions.
  8. Lol What's up, Kirby! Always good when we can agree on the same thing.
  9. Preston Williams - WR (Colorado State) 7th Rd He's this year's Nathan Peterman at WR for me. Hoped for the Williams and Andy Isabella draft duo as the draft neared.
  10. I would actually prefer DK Metcalf over Brown and Foster if his play were to match his physical stature; Bills don't just need speed: they need speed, size, and strength on the outside, Metcalf is just that. It's the drops, lack of fluidity that his 3-Cone Drill suggests he has, and the fact that he doesn't strike me as the naturally, dominant type, that has me really skeptical at the moment.
  11. I don't know, I actually have faith in Beane and Co. in identifying talent; if they went Metcalf, I'd feel better about it, because I feel they really do their due diligence with players. Edmunds needs improvement, as does Allen, but all in all, they both performed well as rookies, despite the question marks that surrounded them leading up to the draft.
  12. DK Metcalf is pretty much this year's WR version of Josh Allen, last year.
  13. If Rosen goes to Miami, the AFC East gets a little more interesting, for years to come.
  14. I like what DK Metcalf could be...I love what AJ Brown is.
  15. Not a sexy pick, but should work wonders for the entire defense. Was like rushing linemen from the 3-4 but, from the 4-3 with Lotulelei in the lineup. E. Oliver and H. Phillips in the middle could be a problem.
  16. Long overdue. When Rex Ryan was fired, my two replacement candidates were Sean McDermott and Vic Fangio, if they didn't bring back Anthony Lynn. I thought all three had the making of good head coaches.
  17. I believed this needed to happen more and more, as the season wore on. I like Jordan Mills, but Dion Dawkins would definitely serve as that more athletic, quick, RT that the O-line really needs. Replace Dawkins' old LT spot, with an equally athletic and reliable player, the same at RG, and the O-line should be in store for great things next season.
  18. Good deal. Hopefully this eliminates the "draft (QB) in the 6th rd" talk leading up to it.
  19. Well, I mean there can only be one "most pro-ready QB" in a draft class...Peterman was his that year.
  20. Not when you have another coach who also believed in him, offering him a shot. Peterman got chances in Buffalo, but not in a way that worked in his favor as a developing QB...Gruden could be the guy to get the most out of him. Peterman is a closed chapter in Buffalo...but it'll be interesting to see if anything changes for him, with the change of scenery, under a fiery guy like Gruden as his new supporter.
  21. Good for Peterman. I respect the move from Gruden: he's putting his money where his mouth was, around draft time when Peterman caught buzz. Gruden has a chance to look really smart and Peterman gets real time to work on redeeming himself.
