  1. If we play like this, we might as well forfeit the season... What a joke!
  2. Wow... Why am I happy Martin's punt was almost blocked? Because it prevented what would have probably been another cheap shot TD... Are the Steelers supposed to win the Super Bowl or something, this year?
  3. Oh wait, we did something good? Steal everything from them...
  4. The Mid-Kansas Square-Assed Marges sounds like a really terrible George Straight cover band...
  5. It was! The blood of one Nathaniel Hacker, hacking his team to bits... They should have called it The Great Denver Massacre of '23 😂
  6. IIRC, The Ravens wheeled and dealt their way into four or five 6th rounders, last year. Do we want to shoot to be 2024's Ravens, LOL?
  7. Excuse me, @Don Otreply, I hear tell @Ridgewaycynic2013 prefers the term "Pinko", thank you very much 😜
  8. Well, the idea being that football starts in late August, and we're actually good, so packed days could extend into February. Makes sense, if you think about it that way.
  9. I only had room for a beef on weck and 5 wings. I will need to revisit said establishment, and report back, sir 💁‍♂️ That's the right kind of detour.
  10. Maybe I just didn't even try, when I went last year. I just brought cash, paid cash, didn't ask questions, LOL. That's good to know!
  11. Mods, I didn't see a thread on the Rochester Bar Bill Tavern (a.k.a. Bar Bill East), but feel free to merge, if there is one. Bills Fam: Rochester just opened up their first Bar Bill Tavern, on Empire Blvd, overlooking Irondequoit Bay. It's in the old MacGregor's, for those familiar with the area. I got to stop in, yesterday, and somehow elbowed into the slam-packed bar for a Beef on Weck and some wings. Service was slow, but I figured it would be on day 1, but the food was incredible, as always. Compared to the East Aurora location, the benefits I see are: 1. MUCH large location. 2. NOT cash-only. 3. Bills bar. 4. Beef on Weck is on-point. Any thoughts from local ROC folks?
  12. Next time, he should try water legs, or sea legs, whichever he prefers. See how that goes over...
  13. Who needs those dollar-store, not so famous Amos', when you've already have top-shelf Milano cookies?
  14. I'm feeling like Beane is going to try to swap Boogie for a 5th or something along those lines. Next year's draft--by all accounts--is likely to be better than this past year's, and we have an extra 3rd and two extra 6's, beyond our original picks... Beane's stackin' picks like flapjacks, over here 😎
  15. Over The Cap has the projected 2024 franchise tag for DT's set just shy of $20.9 million... This is under that. And by "this", we're talking about the agent-friendly numbers. I would take an agent-friendly $17 mil over an actual $20.9 mil, any day.
  16. Cody Ford instead of my gosh-darned laundry hamper... Worst pick, ever! At least we got a pick back from AZ for him. That's literally the most important thing Ford ever did for us.
  17. Different strokes for different folks. Also, long ago, in a galaxy far, far away, I was a distance runner for a college program (DIII) that took 1st, 2nd, 2nd, and 1st in the nation, the four years I ran for them (and, yes: I raced in each National meet... Not a benchwarmer or flag-waiver). Anyhow, my coach once handed down a bit of colloquial wisdom, that applies to JA17. He told me: "There are two types of women: The ones that make you run faster, and the ones who don't... Make sure you're with the right type!" Let's just hope Steinfeld is the "right" type.
  18. I doubt Mahomes became a great QB by practicing against Jackson, as a DB 🤔😉😂
  19. @BillsFanForever19 As the Almighty Bruce Nolan says: "Expectations minus reality equals disappointment."
  20. The ranking or the author of the article?
  21. Time and attention of coaches, reps, time on task.
