We loved Mr. Bill's restaurant. Excellent beef on weck and fabulous fish fry on Fridays (and Wednesday's, I seem to recall). It is just minutes from the airport as well. A trip to the original Anchor Bar is truly worthwhile, especially the day before a Bills game. Unique place with a fairly rowdy crowd eating wings and drinking Genny Cream Ale. I know there is debate about who has better wings, Duff's vs. Anchor Bar.

Very easy to carry onto planes...I agree. I have found Bills tailgaters to be very receptive to out-of-towners like us. We bring some beer and food and we are welcomed like long lost cousins.

I am originally from Buffalo but left a long time ago. We have gone to 2 games in the past 3 years and had a fabulous time. The Canadian side of Niagara Falls is 1000% more beautiful (what a shame that more thought and money hasn't gone into the American side). Having a rental car helps a lot and there are a ton of nice hotels near the airport. Everything is fairly easy to get to in the Buffalo area, but hate all of the tollbooths (bring change). Depending on how much time you have, a side trip to Letchworth State Park is a bonus. Very spectacular, especially with the changing of the foliage. There is plenty of tailgating to be had. We have gone to the Wings lot and met some terrific fellow Bills fans and will be doing that again this year for the opener.

That's fun. Great kid who threw back the sweatband and great appreciation by Peyton, a true fan of the game.

Only the home opener. Any more and my wife would question my sanity.

We have our tickets, plane, rental car and hotel reservations. We are looking forward to seeing some tailgating friends and a smack down of the Jests....please.

What a bunch of mullarkey. Can anyone really imagine a team with coaches like McDermott (MMA fighter) and Waufle (a hard corp ex-Marine) rolling over and tanking for a whole season so we can get a draft pick? I can virtually guarantee that it is not in their DNA. I also agree that Kyle and Shady would not be a part of a tank at this point in their careers...probably at no point in their careers.

Winston now has Evans, Jackson and Howard. Watch him this year...the Bucs are going to be good, although their RB situation is still a question mark.

I can imagine that we might see both outside and in the slot. That would keep the DCs guessing. The thought of a big and a very big receiver in the slot is intriguing. The big question remains...can Tyrod get the ball to them. I also think that this, along with Sammy, will open things up for Clay and O'Leary to do some damage.

We have been hearing that he was raw since day 1 and that has never changed. I would love to see him take a huge step but that is seeming more and more unlikely. Whatever happens, I wish him well.
