He put it in the correct shoulder. All Robinson had to do was fall forward. -

Singletary must think he’s way faster than he is. -

Honestly strange to watch other teams in that 4th and 2/3 yards in plus territory because I just figured they’d go for it after watching us this year. -
Computer Analysis says Ravens Win- How Accurate are These Things?
SCBills replied to jethro_tull's topic in The Stadium Wall
Seems some people, even some of our influencer types on X, view the Ravens as if they are still what they’ve been. They’re a good team, but their OL is not good and their DL is pretty average. We should have a decided advantage in the trenches. -
If Hopkins becomes available, would you want Beane to trade for him?
SCBills replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I wouldn’t necessarily say Shakir and Samuel are smallish. They are both around 6’ and are pretty built WR’s. Hollins, MVS and Coleman are big WR’s with Keon certainly being inexperienced. Im definitely open to Hopkins given he shouldn’t cost much and is an easy cap fit, but I think our WR room is built with what KC has been able to do to our WR’s in the past. -
Always thought this could become a question we have down the line. Williams has an elite physical profile for a modern linebacker and if it clicks for him, he has all the tools to be a monster in this defense. If Milano is 100% healthy later this season and can seamlessly integrate back into the defense, I think you have to go with him, but Williams/Bernard are the future.. and that could start sooner than we ever imagined.

2024 Election Polls - President - Senate - House
SCBills replied to Big Blitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Dems are worried they’re going to lose Montana/Tester, and potentially Ohio/Brown, with Maryland being way too iffy for their comfort. Spending money in FL & TX seems desperate, but Dems do have way more money at their disposal than R’s. -

Given the drafting ability of Beane and scheme/development of McDermott.. there’s some tough extension candidates coming up. If Allen thrives in a receiver by committee approach - given how NFL ready a lot of receivers are coming out of college, you can almost treat it like RB where you just keep drafting guys to keep the cupboard stocked. McDermott is elite at secondary coaching and scheme. I think we can add linebacker to that list as well. Given those strengths, I think Rousseau has to be the #1 extension target, because top tier DL/OL are hard to find & they look to be the engine of this new chapter of the Buffalo Bills, along with Josh Allen. Benford & Shakir, I’d probably be willing to offer early extension, fair market but still team friendly contracts in the same range for their positions as Oliver & Brown (and I think we will get those done). Cook, given his receiving ability, warrants a second contract look as well, but it’s definitely further down the list. Bottom Line, long season, but early returns tell me this FO should spend big money & draft assets year after year on the lines and then use day two/day three picks & mid-tier FA’s everywhere else .. especially given Kincaid looks to be a ten year fixture on this team at Tight End, who will only get better.

In other news, the Pelosi’s made another obvious insider trade.. but they play by the rules.

Impact of Dobbs and Abortion Laws
SCBills replied to ChiGoose's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Because I read the facts of the story? Thats what happened. She miscarried, but birthed a live baby and let it die, despite 911 operators instructing her to take the baby out of the water to try and give it medical aid when medics arrived. She was likely cleared because it’s a tragic situation and I’m sure she panicked. I don’t know that I, a pro-lifer, would necessarily indict on this either. She denies taking abortion medicine, but that seems murky. Regardless .. to weaponize this story without context is gross. And democrats would be wise to not jump on any random story they come across from a strict abortion state. -
2024 Election Polls - President - Senate - House
SCBills replied to Big Blitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Just came here to post this.. Ive questioned some of the recent polling coming out, most of which looks really good for Trump, because a lot of it has him somewhat competitive with young people. But then you see polls like this put out by different universities and realize that he might just be somewhat competitive. The white male youth vote is turning into a massive issue for Democrats. White males in general.. but to struggle with the under 30 age group of white men as well is not something they likely counted on having to counter. -
Attempted Assassination on President Trump (x2)
SCBills replied to Walking Tall's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Democrats stop advocating for Trump to be killed, challenge impossible. -
I mean... he looks like Lamar Jackson, if Lamar Jackson was a better passer. Only three games, but yeesh. If he can stay healthy, Commaders fans have to be ecstatic with the Giants having no QB and Dal/Phi tied long term to mediocre QB's.

It’s funny because it’s one of those energy/happy songs of which the subject matter is kinda dark. No one really knows that until they deep dive into the lyrics. Similar to Gin Blossoms - “Hey Jealousy”.. a song that you’ll sing at the top of your lungs with the boys at a bar and then realize it’s so, so depressing. Mr Brightside is a song sung from the perspective of a man who’s into a woman - maybe someone he’s crushing on/maybe an ex, and she’s now sleeping with another man and he can’t stop thinking about it. The white guys definitely love it, but I don’t know.. Cook & Hollins looked right at home.

Week 4 - Bills at Ravens Game Week Thread
SCBills replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
On one hand, you don't necessarily want to make a change for the sake of making a change, given how good this Defense is playing (Bernard/Johnson aside once they're ready to come back).. but on the other hand, Cole Bishop seems designed in a lab to play against a team like Baltimore with Lamar's running ability and Andrews/Likely at Tight End. -

Biggest advantage for us should be in the trenches. -Baltimore has a bottom 10 OL. We have a top 10 DL. -Baltimore has an average DL. We have an elite OL. -

Not sure if he’s innocent or not, but the death penalty should be abolished. -
Impact of Dobbs and Abortion Laws
SCBills replied to ChiGoose's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
She gave birth to the baby and let it die in the toilet water covered in toilet paper after repeatedly being told by 911 operators to remove the baby for medical aid to be provided to it by medics on arrival.
