We didnt get a blitz in until the Bengals score 3 TDs back to back to back. The blitz comes and it starts to work. Then we keep blitzing and then Burrow sees it coming and starts to torch us again. We got lucky with drops. Then we somehow let WRs get behind our defense up 2 scores at the end of the game and Burrow scores in 30 seconds to make it almost a FG game. Why are we never ahead of the curve and trying to confuse these good QBs?

yes. this defense will still give up a ton of pts in the post season. and my confidence is low that we will be able to keep up. we might have to lean into the run game and keep the ball out of oppising offenses hands. no superman this post season.

The funny thing is being a game manager is the final form of an Elite QB. Just hit the open guy, live to fight another play. Manage the game, be smart....sometimes youll have to be elite and do the elite thing but youd rather not have to do it all game.

I would agree with this but I wonder just what kind of shell defenses they are playing against us. I have to imagine its dont get beat deep, which is why we always have to take the check or something short/intermediate. It feels like were better in the 2nd half is because Allen chipped away at the defense kind of like how the running game gets stronger as the game progresses

Nope. It will forever be one of the most disgusting things that has happened to the Bills. Its not about purity or perfection. I truly believe if you grabbed some of the bottom tier coaches the Bills are still going to make the playoffs and have winning seasons. Question for you. If Andy Reid was the coach of this team instead of Mcdermott 8 years ago how many rings do we have?

Has this been enough make you feel we are closer to a superbowl? I feel like were still at the same spot. Getting pressure on the QB is probably the more important thing we need on this team. I think it was somewhat addressed. I have no faith or confidence Bosa will be anywhere near his good years or even be healthy. My opinion is that coaching and playcalling is the thing that will either get us over the top or leave us disappointed again.
