  1. Yeah I might have misinterpreted what was going on. I thought the Saints were just rushing a no huddle to catch the D sleeping.
  2. Time would have ticked away setting up the next play. They didn't "steal" the 10 seconds from them as time would have ran.
  3. I'll take my check from the league replay office now, thanks.
  4. GAAAAHHHHHH NO NO NO PLEASE GOD NO I was worried about the watch stripping skin off of OTHER players, but then you had to go and remind me of the horrors of...blech...degloving...
  5. When Rich Cirimi went on Twitter to boast about how much of an impact Mosley was and how the Bills O only got good after he left the game, I looked up Bills O plays from the first half. Tweeted to him that just in the first half (WITH MOSLEY IN THE GAME), we still had 12 plays of 8+ yards and 3 plays of 25+ yards despite having to play around all those fluke turnovers/bad call safety/drive ending penalty that Mosley wasn't responsible for. Holding my breath on his response.
  6. Despite the numerous fluke turnovers, in the first half (with Mosley still in) the Bills O still managed 12 plays of 8+ yards, and 3 plays of 25+ yards. We were better to the eye than on paper.
  7. For a second I thought you were the guy who compained that Duke needs to "get more game time", not realizing he is on the practice squad. Yeah, the pick six and safety weren't on the Bills D, but what game were you watching where the Jets scored a field goal?
  8. The whole game I was thinking "damn they have no idea what they are talking about", and I didn't even catch the part about John Brown playing for the wrong team. Guess I was too distracted being annoying with them gobbling Bell's junk every chance they got.
  9. Hopefully after next week McD will be back to a .500 career record with us, and THEN we can really get back to talking about him being a winning coach.
  10. If he was a Bill the refs would have called the play dead on lack of forward progress, and not counted the second push. To the whopping tune of 7 yards per reception for Crowder and something like 4.3 yards per attempt for Darnold. I'll give them that all day long. I like to think that our run D was just that good, in that Bell actually did well to manage 3.5 ypc. Like a lesser RB would have only managed 3.0 ypc. That's how I lived with the annoyance of the CBS crew blowing him all game long.
  11. Yes, the Dec 29 game against the Jets. You can get tickets cheaper from "verified resale" like on Ticketmaster or through the charity promotion Steptide linked. Weird thing in that supposedly undesirable game could be the hypest game all season if that game is to clinch a playoff spot or something.
  12. Hey, that's really cool. Thanks for sharing. I'll contact my peeps and see if they want to go to any of those games. Sort of? Nowadays you will typically see at least SOME form of fine print to say it doesn't apply to the entire store. This email promo was literally JUST a picture of the schedule. Not even a "terms and conditions apply" or something like that.
  13. May seem like a petty gripe to some (or most), but I'm pretty big about advertising standards and transparency. Whoever is running the email marketing sends this promotion boasting "1-0! $25 ticket offer", with the main body just being an image of the home schedule with absolutely no additional information. Seems to imply the offer applies to all games. So I click through to find that the only game it applies to is the final game against the Jets, which is hidden on a second page you have to scroll down to find the button to access. They could have just added those last two games to the first page since you had to scroll down to see the 5th and 6th games anyways. Then of course it only applies to two specific sections, you don't know what row or seats you are getting (likely just the top rows, in the corner), and the obligatory nebulous "fees" are tacked on. That's like a store advertising an "80% OFF SALE!" flyer with no disclosure of limitations or even fine print, only to find out after you get to the store that the discount only applies to a limited assortment of hair ties tucked away in the corner of a bottom shelf in the kids section. They really should be disclosing details and limitations of the $25 tickets right in the email. Have any of you ever bought tickets from a promotion like this? What seats did you get? *edit* I should add that I checked and this "limited time offer" is selling these tickets at the same price as Ticketmaster. At least with Ticketmaster you can get them cheaper from "verified resale" transactions. I guess that's why there were no conditions or limitations to put in fine print, as it's not a sale or promotion at all. They're just falsely advertising their regular ticket prices as some special email promotion.
  14. Watching live, I got the definite impression he was taking the free play.
  15. I think getting hit in the head with the ball counts as negative catch radius.
  16. If being tired of people being obnoxious idiots is pretentious, then pretentious I shall be.
  17. Only need 4 or 5 more games like today to have you sufficiently floored then. I think you did fairly well for yourself. Can never complain about 100+ yards and a TD in fantasy. I mean it was no Watkins day, but still.
  18. I guess it also matters if you think a slot receiver can be considered the #2.
  19. Getting shut out with 4 turnovers in the first half disqualifies us from getting an A.
