...love the way restaurants show suggested percentages of tip and calculate it on total bill INCLUDING sales tax....if I take my gang out, the bill is 300 bucks plus 24.00 in sales tax....why should tip be calculated on $324 versus $300?....I usually leave 20% for good service ($60.00) so why should I pay an extra $4.80 tip on the sales tax ($64.80) ?......
