I just hate the new format where only one team gets a bye. I'm sure I'm not alone in that. I wouldn't care as much about not getting the 1 seed if the 2 seed still got a bye. That rest week can make such a difference.

Jackson is a great player, having a great season. But it's hard to imagine him winning a 3rd MVP when Allen has none. He's not as valuable to that team as Allen is the Bills. It's close, but Allen carries this team more than Jackson carries his, consistenly.

Just for kicks, I'd love to see the coaching staff call an aggressive defense the entire game. Not having the safeties back off for 15-20 yards, some press coverage, more blitzes, the works. It really feels like the philosophy has to change if we want to make a run in the playoffs. It doesn't have to be a wholesale makeover, but just up the ante.

It's fantastic watching this now. Not just since so much time has passed and both teams have gone in opposite directions - but the whole narrative they're espousing was demolished in the next 2 games against them that season. I feel like we used to get MANY more opposing fans on the board - particularly a week ahead of the game w/ their team. There are hardly any here now. Really, I can just think of a few from KC. We had a Pats fan who posted here regularly (who was definitely not a troll), but I haven't seen him in awhile.
