I used to read much more than I do now. There were some classic books that I heard about and read that I came away very disappointing wirh. I don't want to sound like a Debbie Downer here, but a few of these books are Zen and the art of motorcycle Maintenance, The Slaughterhouse 5, and A Brave New World.

I see a solid 9 wins here.

Also enjoyed The Electric Kool Aid Acid Test and I am Charlotte Simmons by Tom Wolfe. The Electeic Kool Aid Acid Test is about The Merry Pranksters and Ken Kesey who wrote One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, which is another great book.

Personally speaking, this one made me into the man I am today.

Kitchen Confidential is pretty good. If your into true crime Helter Skelter is amazing. I'm also a fan of anything by Hunter S. Thompson.

Was 82 degrees here yesterday. Was outside in shorts doing yard work all day. As of right now it's 42 degrees and rainy. What a difference a day makes.

I hate social media. One of the worst things that has happened in the last 20 years.

I fall asleep in the blink of an eye. Amazes my wife. But im a very light sleeper, so i wake up everytime i hear my son cough innthe next room over. Since having kids 7 years ago i think my body has adapted. Im very rarely tired during the day. I usually get about 6 hours of intermittent sleep. I doubt i could sleep for more than 7 straight hours unless i was awake for 24 hours or went on a serious bender the night before. But as my avatar saying goes, I crave good rest. I havent had a legitimate nap in months.

He got hosed. He's as good or better than half the field. Not sure why he doesn't have a ride. Hes a good guy who shouldnt have problems getting a sponsor either. Im a Newman fan, and I think Kenseth is a better driver than Newman.
