    This should and needs to prepare us for something worse. It was just kind of blindside hit. We were all worried about man made things like nuclear war with N Korea and then this comes along and we hit the reset button because it doesn't discriminate. There are no sides, it affects everyone.

    This needs to be a temporary change of lifestyle. Please, please, please do not become "ok" and accept this as the new normal. We need to do what needs to be done in the short term, but be cognizant of your civil liberties and make decisions accordingly.

    It would also be nice to see the number tested vs. confirmed cases. I remember weeks ago when the gripe was we need more testing. We're doing more testing and the number of conformed cases is going up. Shocking. I'd venture to guess there are few poor countries with high numbers simply because they aren't testing.

    Bingo....Well said. After reading this, I can't help but wonder why all the anti fascist ANTIFA folks aren't up in arms over the whole thing. We're living in a fascist state more now than anything they've been rioting about in the past.

    I quit going into any of those threads weeks ago. As you mentioned it's very depressing. I cut off all my news alerts 2 weeks ago, and my mindset has been much better. We'll get through this, but at some point we have to get back to normal. Its a once in a lifetime thing (hopefully). Thanks for the good wishes ? hahaha.....you rascal. Don't temp me.

    Nope....I wish. I'm medical device, which is considered essential business, but unfortunately its dental, which most are shut down aside from emergencies. A lot of our sales are to colleges and medical schools which are shut down too. This whole thing bums me out. Unemployment is so backlogged I'm ready to start delivering for Dominos

    That picture is terrifying. Tornados scare the living hall out of me. I've always been fascinated and terrified by them. Thankfully we don't get many serious ones up this way.

    Amen.....I miss the comradery of knocking back after we cold ones with the regulars after a long week. Oddly enough, I'm starting to miss the long week to. I want to get back to work.
