I believe this team relies on Josh's arm too much and this team needs a RB and running game they can lean on. Part of protecting Josh, is protecting him from himself (turnovers).

Lovie was already on the staff. Continuity and the blessing of Bruce Arians played a large part in him being promoted. You lost me at Jason Whitlock. I couldn't give 2 ***** what Uncle Ruckus thinks regarding anything.

Tom Moore, on the other hand, I cannot recall a time where he ever interviewed for a HC position.
