  1. I have fond memories of Detroit. Beating the Jets there 38-3 after the 7 foot blizzard was one of my favorite games of the drought. Plus not a Lions fan but it’s a team I’d be happy to see do well against their division
  2. Never cared for Mario. If you're going to give someone one of the biggest football contracts at the time, I expected he would've been a generational talent during his tenure. Imo he had some solid years with Marrone, that was all. That being said I do find that creepy TMZ feasts on people's lowest moments like that.
  3. If you look at my history of posts on this thread I’ve probably declared this team dead more than three times this year. I still have my doubts but for sure this is a resilient group. I think Mickey gets at least a little credit there.

  6. Moonlight feels right
  7. I’ll always love my mama
  8. Orel Hershiser. Considering how watered down the MLB Hall of Fame has gotten, can't believe he's not in yet
  9. If you can have replays in real time, I’d imagine you can cut out the use of some refs. So less of the human element there. It’s like the automated balls and strikes argument
  10. Love this song
  11. Madonna was one of my favorite singer/artists of the 80s/90s MTV genre. Been watching Growing Pains reruns at night recently
  12. Not directed at you but I’m starting not to like the phrase guilty pleasures. If you like something why feel guilty about it? But I liked and listened to Carly Rae Jepsen’s Emotion album recently. I guess that’s more unconventional for a guy my age
  13. I remember a thread on this. Josh Allen presumably loves Popeyes
  14. Saw everybody wants some before your post.... Here goes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3bksUSPB4c Sugar Pie Honey Bunch
  15. I can’t get no satisfaction
  16. Travis Bickle watching American Bandstand
  17. Last week I was listening to a lot of Billy Joel, this week Jackson Browne. Need something to start my week on a positive note. Some of my favs, no specific order: Boulevard Shape of a Heart Running on Empty Lawyers In Love
  18. Yeah agree. These types of lists are always subjective but that's crazy Beebe wasn't on it. Ditto Frank Reich imo Now that I went through that list again Norwood wasn't on it. Think he deserved a spot somewhere.
  19. The Brown Bunny the movie was best remembered for a certain scene at the end of it.... Regardless most would say it had a great soundtrack. Come Wonder With Me was on it. This song below as well. It was the first I became familiar with Gordon Lightfoot
  20. I went through that list again because I thought I might have missed him. Maybe I still did. Where was Frank Reich??
  21. Can't argue with the number #1 spot. Perhaps I'm biased based on my avatar but I'd put Steve Christie ahead of Shady McCoy. Nice to see Leodis "My Man" get some respect. I know a certain fumble haunts him but overall he was a solid Bill for 8 or 9 years.
