If you look at my history of posts on this thread I’ve probably declared this team dead more than three times this year.
I still have my doubts but for sure this is a resilient group. I think Mickey gets at least a little credit there.
If you can have replays in real time, I’d imagine you can cut out the use of some refs. So less of the human element there. It’s like the automated balls and strikes argument
Not directed at you but I’m starting not to like the phrase guilty pleasures. If you like something why feel guilty about it?
But I liked and listened to Carly Rae Jepsen’s Emotion album recently. I guess that’s more unconventional for a guy my age
Last week I was listening to a lot of Billy Joel, this week Jackson Browne. Need something to start my week on a positive note. Some of my favs, no specific order:
Boulevard
Shape of a Heart
Running on Empty
Lawyers In Love
Yeah agree. These types of lists are always subjective but that's crazy Beebe wasn't on it. Ditto Frank Reich imo
Now that I went through that list again Norwood wasn't on it. Think he deserved a spot somewhere.
The Brown Bunny the movie was best remembered for a certain scene at the end of it....
Regardless most would say it had a great soundtrack. Come Wonder With Me was on it. This song below as well. It was the first I became familiar with Gordon Lightfoot
Can't argue with the number #1 spot. Perhaps I'm biased based on my avatar but I'd put Steve Christie ahead of Shady McCoy.
Nice to see Leodis "My Man" get some respect. I know a certain fumble haunts him but overall he was a solid Bill for 8 or 9 years.
