  1. Would he replace any of the top 4? Is he vastly better than the backups?
  2. excellent insight. My 2 cents: I vigorously disagree with those who think the NFL is all about passing & that the running game doesn't matter. A strong running game in fact improves the passing game, especially when the backs can catch.
  3. Great analysis. Epenesa is a great pick, especially where he was taken. Fully replaces Shaq. Another Thurman, who dropped to the second and had/has a perpetual chip on his shoulder?
  4. Are there usually 40 yards between the DE and the QB?
  5. Nervous time. After watching Pittman, Taylor, Dugger, Shenault, Matos go ahead of us, I was very relieved by this pick.
  6. They lost Lawson, Philips and Zo. You figure it out.
  7. They lost Lawson, Philips and Zo. You figure it out.
  8. I think the Chargers blew it with Herbert. He's more Christian Ponder than Josh Allen. A head scratcher.
  9. If the Pegs put 4 of their 5 billion in a basket of hedged Vanguard funds, they would easily earn 10% a year at virtually no risk, this anomalous moment aside. That's $400 million a yaer, plus whatever millions they earn from the Bills. That would fund a pretty lavish lifestyle AND under right any losses from their other businesses.
  10. They are not in the oil business. They are barely in the energy business anymore. But they are heavily in entertainment racket.
  11. Nepotism? Or preparing the next generation like Jerry Jones and the Hunts?
  12. What? Concern about the working stiff is now Communism? Who are you? Charlie Koch?
  13. Darnold was running for his life behind a dreadful USC O line. Once that settled down, his INTs dropped.
  14. Thanks for this. I might drop Herbert to the 4th, & I would put Pittman in the top 5.
  15. False. He was not an interception machine in college.
  16. Herd immunity? The deathrate is running at a staggering 5% in the US of those infected.
  17. This year's Christian Ponder. I pray the Dolphins pick him.
  18. He makes his money in energy/fracking. Hasn't been a good year for that biz.
  19. The mortality rate among those actually infected is officially about 3%, which is extremely high. It is believed that both the infected and death numbers are much higher. For example, those dying at home, or without an official designation of infection, are not counted in the totals because they are not being tested.
