It's not rocket science, putting a rookie qb behind probably the worst line in the league with no talent at wr is not a good situation. Why would you spend your fa money on washed up def players when you are picking a qb at the top of the draft? Makes no sense. They should have focused on the offensive line and wrs and fixed the d next year imo. That way your future qb does not get destroyed while getting up to nfl speed.

I guess now that the football season's over we should talk about halftime entertainment at the SB. I am beginning to understand.

Bodine was one of the lowest rated ol the last few years and I don't expect him to be any better, even with the great supporting cast and the great Juan Castillo coaching him. Why is the rookie QB you moved up to the top of the draft for playing behind a ****ty o line with no receivers? Why was Star given 10 million dollars per for 5 years after having underperformed the last 3 season's? Why would you pay a draft pick and 3.5 million dollars to a wr who was on the team for 2 weeks and never played a down? Why would you spend your free agent money on washed up defensive players when you have a rookie qb, a ****ty o line and no wrs?

Jonathan Hankins has been far superior to Star at stopping the run and pressuring QB the last couple years. He was fa until last week and signed for less than a million. Star was practically dead last out of 110 dts on pff and gets 10 million a year for 5 years because he was a Panther. That 9 million in savings could have been spent on the o line, not to mention the cap money wasted on Coleman, Davis, Mccarron etc. Now you put your rookie top ten pick behind this crap line with no wrs. What kind of fukin process is that?

Brady was an extra pick in the 6th round. Not a product of bottoming out for top pick.
