  1. Still believe the Big Lie, huh? 2020 was a free and fair election run by and then scrutinized by Republican officials on State and Federal levels as well as Trump appointed judges on all levels. The very belief you're espousing is what drove a violent, seditious insurrection at the Capital on January 6th. You're on the wrong side of history... the side that's trying to destroy our Country. Wake up and accept that your guy lost because the American people wanted him out of office. It really is that simple.
  2. Why the hell would we trade for Mosely with Milano and Edmunds??? This team has a couple gaping holes (CB, TE) but LB really isn't one of them.
  3. Nah... you're just used to the last guy and Biden watched him step all over his own feet constantly tripping all over himself. Biden understands the American people don't want to deal with a Soap Opera in the White House every day so he stays out of the spotlight because he doesn't need to be in it... he has a job to do that was completely abdicated by the last guy in the middle of a Pandemic once he realized he lost an election.
  4. This event made me shudder as I watched it... even the possibility of what it appears to be at first glance is just despicable. Shameful the insane increase of violence on Asian Americans. Even more shameful is the fact that so many idiotic Americans lump all Asians together. My wife is Asian and I'll just say I'm glad the state we live in is Hawaii. Luckily she pulls more of the Thai/Indian/Hawaiian whereas her sister pulls more Chinese/Hawaiian. Her sister lives in Missouri right now.
  5. Why are you starting what appears to be an overtly racist thread by cherry picking a single tragedy among the myriad that happen every day crossing all racial/ethnic/religious lines? What's your agenda? I sincerely hope it's not the racist one it appears to be...
  6. Do you really consider this a stunning plot twist? We were all able to actually hear the recording of Trump with Georgia's Secretary of State. If CNN and WaPo changed words shame on them... but it's a far less crime than Trump making those multiple calls to Georgia officials in the first place. Oh... by the way... was this all before or very well after Trump lost the election by a landslide?
  7. I'm going to bed now. If I wake up and we didn't sign someone big, Cynthia Frelund is a B word for 2 reasons: 1) Being a tease 2) Having a last name that's terribly spelled fugly???? I don't think she's hot, but I don't see anyone calling her fugly. Give her a nose job and she's ready for primetime.
  8. There was an Athletic article with a great Cap breakdown I read a week or 2 ago by Joe B or Fairburn that analyzed our needed Cap space for our draftees and factored in the top 51 on the team and everything and I want to say the number they came up with was $2.5 million. I know it was no more than $3 million. Is this before or after the Lee Smith trade?
  9. Fitz has had an unbelievable career as a borderline backup QB.
  10. Perfect time for me! That's 3:40 Hawaiian time and I'm on Spring Break so I can still surf in the morning with plenty of time to watch the game!
  11. Super courageous of him and glad he got sober and shared it. Crazy that it was that playoff loss that looks like it pushed him over the edge. No one can ever say he doesn't care about the game. And on top of being incredibly hot, his wife is also loving and supportive.
  12. So now they're just gifting $35 million annual contracts to completely unproven QBs????
  13. I think it's funny that every single time we resign one of our guys (Milano, DW, Mongo) the reaction is "WELP!!! There goes Free Agency!" Beane will sign some Free Agents... probably one fairly "big" one. Haven't you guys figured out he's a Wizard?
  14. What I love is that there's only one other ACC team in our bracket. Familiarity has never been Syracuse's friend in the tournament. Anyone know what time the game is on Friday?
  15. But I kept hearing that Milano, Williams and Feliciano were all leaving... so that was incorrect? Guess Beane pulled another rabbit out of his hat. And I guess he believes culture building and continuity with the right people is more important than playing Madden in Free Agency.
  16. Okay... so does Georgia Tech and Georgetown bids knock Syracuse out?
  17. I really hope you're right.
  18. This was awesome! It sure does make me wish September was here, though! As a note, this combined with resigning Milano yesterday I think really underscores the importance of keeping our own homegrown talent... especially when that talent fits in with Buffalo's culture. And just from watching Milano's interviews, you can really tell he's one of those that fits the Buffalo formula.
  19. Do you think they're in?
  20. And there ya go. Spending enough time here (and a brief time "over there") I've come to understand that when the publicized talking points come out, you're just ideologically entrenched in your own political viewpoint. 70% of the American public likes this bill and not a single Republican voted for it because they're just keepin down that path of obstructionism they've followed under Mitch McConnell. If they keep this up, they might not win back their seats in the midterm election as the minority party typically does.
  21. Rainy as hell... at least on the windward side where there's been some serious damage. Luckily wife and I live on the southwestern side of the island, where we've gotten plenty of rain, but we've been good as far as any damage or flooding. And how are things in Cali?
  22. You're silly. Your solution is probably for everyone to move away from urban areas and move to rural areas. And then when everyone moves to the rural areas you'll be the one complaining too many damn people moved to the rural areas and are ruining it. It's foolish and naive to think that an annual salary of $100k (and no, that's not what I make... that's just an example) means your wealthy in America no matter where you live. Plenty of people never leave the town/city where they're born and don't necessarily have a choice. That's especially true where I live where there's a geographical barrier to actually moving away... namely thousands of miles of ocean and nobody. So then you didn't understand that? Maybe you should educate yourself a little before blindly complaining about it.
  23. You understand that 330 million people aren't getting $1400 checks, right?
  24. But a difference is that interest rates are at historic lows right now, making that borrowing more feasible. $1.9 trillion today at 0-0.25% interest is not the same as $1.9 trillion at 1.25-1.5% interest. Plus.... ya know.... Pandemic with millions still unemployed and millions more who've dropped out of the workforce.
