Well if you think about it, it’s kind of the way college teams operate with regards to the QB rotation...certain teams manage to stay competitive every year...now, obviously teams like Alabama get an influx of 5 star recruits every year- but that’s where Beane will have to earn his money in the draft and FA...very interesting though, about the revolving door at QB every 4-5 years...

You are right about it being an optimistic view...however with surges of infected people starting to take hold in other major cities around the countries, it is hard to see a return to normalcy for, at least, another 6 months...but that is just my PESSIMISTIC opinion... Keep in mind all of this is contingent on whether or not the government decides to get more aggressive with quarantines...because at its current level, this thing just looks like it’s going to drag out for a while...

Imo, the Bills will definitely need to draft a QB this year, most likely between rounds 4-7... They need a guy to, not only compete with Barkley, but take over as the full time backup when Barkley’s contract is up after the 2020 season... You would think a smart team would want a guy to be acclimated to the league and the offense before he is relied upon...
