  1. As much as I wish DiMarco played somewhere else, it seems pretty dumb to make a longsnapper a captain.
  2. with a young team like this, I dont think it's bad to slap it on Allen. Edmunds, and Dawkins as a way of asking them to step up.
  3. Kinda shocked not to see Hyde here
  4. If tonight's game is any indication of the reffing for the rest of the year, I think we'll see all time highs in ticky-tack BS being called. I expect at least 2 of these pass interference reviews to ruin otherwise great games.
  5. They have a far better RB than we do, even receivers, and a better perceived QB right now. I don't think it's outrageous.
  6. If special teams ends up being a large talking point for us this year, chances are good most of us are hitting the pumpkin patch on Sunday's come November.
  7. I'll be positively floored if he breaks 750 yards and 6 TDs
  8. You're gambling your pick when you do that. True, it's a lot cheaper, but you aren't getting a guy without flaws in the second round, and he might not even be starter material. When you trade a pick for vet, you know exactly what you're getting, for better or worse.
  9. It seems like a lot of money for a guy that hasn't done much yet, but Taylor got a similar deal. If you're going to be the starter it's hard to accept less.
  10. I think Gruden knows what he needs to work on, so he's been stashed on IR while they mess around with Kizer and Glennon to see who he wants to gamble on when Carr inevitably gets hurt/is benched.
  11. I've got $1000 that says I know where you get your news.
  12. I believe that's why there were reports a couple of years ago suggesting he wanted to trade Brady and Keep Garoppolo. H e wanted to do the Bledsoe -> Brady move again, and Kraft wouldn't let him. I really think it's going to bite them in the ass, because Belichick knows how hard it is to find a SB-calibre QB in this league.
  13. It's certainly possible he makes some big plays for us. I guess I'm just of the philosophy that you use those roster spots with guys you think have the potential to be Top 50 guys someday.
  14. The fact that he's on our roster is more of a sign of how thin our group is rather than how good he is.
  15. Great article, who wouldn't want to return to the days of Antowain Smith, Shaud Williams, Jonathan Linton, and Anthony "A-Train" Thomas?
  16. Boettger and maybe even Feliciano
  17. Like Marv Levy? I'd gladly take losing championship games and superbowls over finishing 6-10 to 9-7 every year
  18. He'd be an upgrade.
  19. To see if they're on track for the 5 year re-build I called when Beane started dumping talent the day he walked in the door. if JA can improve a little this year, and we can get some real offensive talent with our boatload of cash next year, then they could be ready in year 5 after they've gelled for a season.
  20. It's just same old Bills is all. There will probably be a good 9 former Bills that Beane let go in the playoffs this year - just like last year - while our guys spend January and February golfing.
  21. Winning?
  22. Salary was too high
