These logos look like they paid designers with exposure. -
Name 5 teams better then the Buffalo Bills

Depends on the company I'm keeping. My ancestors liked to pass it around it seems. -

We bury it deep down, go our separate ways and pretend this never happened. -

I don't disagree with any of that. I think I'm just a little more bullish on them and a bit more conservative on us. -

Why do you think the Jets are really bad? What makes them any worse than our guys at this point? The have a QB that most (outside of Buffalo) looks better than ours right now, they signed CJ Mosely (who is an absolute beast) and they have Leveon Bell? They have every reason to think their D should be int he same tier as ours Their WR group is probably close to equal or a little under Their O-line has a little more proven talent, but call it a wash Their QB probably is probably a small step ahead of ours Their RB situation is way better than ours I think the betting line of having this game be an even spread (including home field) is exactly where it should be right now. -

Last I checked, there were 23 of them. -
"Is Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott on the hot seat entering 2019? In a word-No." So...?

Yeldon, Murphy, and Perry might know how to do things that he can't - they just happen to be bad at them. None of those players have an ounce of untapped potential. They've hit their ceiling as fringe NFL talent. This kid hasn't even begun to scrape the surface. That's the difference. He was one of the best in the world in Rugby, and is showing how some of those skills translate to the NFL I'll take potential over proven mediocrity any day for a 4th string player. None of them are likely to play anyway, so why do you care so much?

Seahawks rookie D.K. Metcalf to have knee surgery
BullBuchanan replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's been reported to be minor. probably just a scope. https://sports.yahoo.com/dk-metcalf-knee-surgery-seahawks-carroll-041348918.html a lot of these guys don't have the opportunity to take care of lingering things in college -
D&C's Maiorana: Top 100 Players In Bills History

I feel like Bryan Scott would be a better pick than clay. -
In the context of today? You have a high draft pick sophomore that won some games and made some splashy plays, but had enough negatives to not be considered a sure thing and a journeyman backup who's played very well on occasions. I mean, how much closer can you get? Are you sure it's not just because the other guys didn't work out?
-
Not really. No one really knows yet whether Allen is going to stick in this league or flame out in 3 years. He's in a long line of players who had ups and downs their first year and needs to take big strides in his sophomore season. Nationally, we're considered to have a bottom 5 QB situation. If you spend too much time around here you though, you'd think we already had Mahomes wearing #17. Preseason has been encouraging so far, but last was pretty balanced good and bad, not unlike Manuel's rookie year.

Receiver competition with two games left

If Duke makes one more big catch I could see it going: Brown Beasley Zay Foster Roberts Williams I just don't see what McCloud and McKenzie offer that you can't find anywhere. -
Is Tyree Jackson Practice Squad worthy?
BullBuchanan replied to Mountain Man's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The difference is Barkley was talked about as a potential #1 overall pick prior to his final season. They were worlds apart in development and expectations coming out of college. Jackson was pretty heavily talked about as a day 2 pick. The fact that he went undrafted was kind of a shock, even if it doesn't look like it now. -
Are you drafting any Bills to your fantasy football team?
BullBuchanan replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I might draft Poyer. He's done really well for me over the last couple years. Solid 4-4.5 points a week. I could see taking a flyer on Oliver too if he's classed as a DT. -

There's few players in the league with the talent he has, so I definitely think the Bills should stick him on the PS. However, I don't expect it to do much good, as the main job of the PS is to be a scout team - not personal development. -
Who is your slightly surprising cut?
BullBuchanan replied to JohninMinn.'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's an uphill climb for sure. I've always been a little curious why NFL teams don't employ personal trainers to turn guys with freak skills into legitimate players. Not sure if it's a CBA thing or they just don't view it as a worthy thing to do, but I'd like to believe if this guy had a personal coach that just taught him football day and night that he could be electric.
