    i love the schedule. a bye week about a third of the way through, another about 2/3 of the way through with the TNF to MNF. if they win the first seed, they will then have 3 evenly spaced out bye weeks.

    I was an avid weightlifter before COVID, but the gyms closed and I lost muscle and gained about 10 lbs of fat from beer and sweets. I started running almost every day though since August and I have lost 20 lbs. I’ve lost a lot of my strength from running, but I now feel really good.
