Completely agree. If he wants to play these Tony Robins mind games he should go coach high school or D2 football. These are men at the highest level of football and don’t need McDermotts arrogant nonsense. From his opening press conference when announced as HC you can see the arrogance. He needs to be humbled and focus on winning games and coaching technique and strategy. Or he should be gone by the end of the year.

Hopefully we get more Trubisky before they put in Rudolph.

I would say yes to Fournette playing but Ty Johnson has been playing great. Hard nose runner with some speed. Tackle breaking machine. Hard to keep him off the roster at this point.

The scary thing is they barely used him in the beginning of the season and now they aren’t using him enough. He should get 10 targets a game.

McDermott served his purpose stabilizing the the franchise from almost 2 decades of disaster but it’s time to move on and start winning big games that matter. McDermott isn’t that guy. He’s a mediocre coach and a good culture guy. Unfortunately culture doesn’t win championships, good coaching and good players do.
