The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19

Question, if you know (maybe no one knows)... before we went away, my doctor looked up recommended CDC shots for where we would be traveling. A malaria vaccine was discussed. What is the difference between the shot and the pills they are giving people? And, if the pills work, would the vaccine? Or, is that apples and oranges? -

Ummm if the economy is crashing after a week of shutting many things down, what in the world would be left after shutting everything down for 45 days? You are not making any sense. -

My father was a math teacher. He used to teach the kids how to write a check, balance a budget, etc. In algebra class! He simply wanted to make certain they had those life skills. He did this as long as he was teaching (he started in 1964). I cannot imagine what it is like these days if he felt it was necessary way back then.

NYC public transportation is a petri dish. If this thing really does live for a while on handrails and door handles, without a good scrub down of the subway (taxis, buses), it is simply a matter of time before everyone has contact with the virus. -
I wish you guys would use the hide feature on that video. It is ***** horrible.

At-home coronavirus tests now available, companies say </snip> The products have been greenlit by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under new expedited guidelines to help combat the virus, according to Stat, a health care industry news outlet. One such test provider is Nurx, a San Francisco-based company best known for home testing products for sexually transmitted infections and birth control, now offers testing kits for COVID-19 through the mail for $181 after prospective customers fill out an online form with their symptoms. </snip> -
I'm just glad for the little guy that he wasn't laid-off in this time of mass hysteria. ?

Makes me wonder how much of the bureaucracy and red tape we can do away with once the hysteria is over? (thread) note: the factory is in China. They are shipping to NYS. -

When they talked about this at the press conference yesterday, my thought was... will this continue after the Wuhan Flu hysteria calms down? If so, another unintended consequence that the globalists will be unhappy about. -

Well, I finally lost it. Was just in CVS. Saw a man whose cart was FULL to the brim with hand sanitizers, baby wipes, soaps, everything that people need!! I called him a selfish jerk, and gave him the low down about the elderly, moms, and people who need these types of things. Told him he should be freaking ashamed of himself! He said: “Are you done? Cause I really need to get back to restocking the shelves now...” (obviously "borrowed") -

My brother keeps checking the news to see if there has been a murder on our street. He's got a $50 bet going which one of us kills the other before this is finished. I had the last laugh though... yesterday was his wife's first day working from home. He couldn't get out fast enough to run errands for them, us, my son, and our mother. He was practically hyperventilating at the idea of having to go home. ?

Have you watched any of these press conferences? I am not certain how these reporters asking "gotchya" questions, doing #OrangeManBad , and shilling for China has been productive. How does, "We're all gonna diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeee?" help? -

Agreed. What I find interesting is Japan. They are even older than the Italians as a population, more densely packed, and...?♂️ This article asks... did Japan dodge a bullet or will they be next.
