  1. Can you start a similar thread for our offense next week? We're going to need it even if it's only the Browns.
  2. Best we can draft now is 29th? Also, how does this impact our comp picks?
  3. I like how some still cover their mouth with their play sheet out of habit.
  4. I live about 10 minutes from the stadium and it's breezy. No snow yet.
  5. Imagine if Roman was able to have Jackson instead of Tyrod in our offense. Him and Shady would've been a force behind Glenn, Incognito, and Wood.
  6. I need to see specifics of who you're talking about about and what specific event that led to looting and rioting. Also, shouldn't the president of the United States and his massive influence be held to a higher standard?
  7. Which is why you're also going to see more Josh Allen runs as it gives us an extra blocker. Even though some fans hate it on here.
  8. He's of Lebanese descent and is considered an Arab American. He's the first Muslim head coach and speaks both Arabic and English.
  9. Yes. Two third round picks will be awarded to us if Frazier is hired as head coach. One in 2021 and another in 2022. These picks will be after the usual compensatory picks.
  10. I really haven't read through this thread but I think it's safe to say that no future losing one term president will give a speech to encourage supporters to march to the Capitol building the day the electoral votes are about to be certified. He either failed to foresee that there could be violence which makes him an idiot or he hoped there would be which makes him complicit. Seeing the way Trump operates over the last four years the former is much more likely.
  11. Right, but the poster I was arguing with implied you couldn't be a successful head coach if you were calling plays. I just felt that was inaccurate as you just have to find a way to compensate as your game management skills will take a hit if you're busy calling plays.
  12. Right, but he had to make all those calls for them to even get in that position and if Rivers makes a good throw it's a TD. They're up 17-7 against a team you need to score TD's against and not FG's (as evidenced by the Bills driving 96 yards down the field right after that). Bigger picture though, in totality I just don't see the evidence of offensive head coaches failing because they refuse to give up play calling duties.
  13. Reich called a great game though and we pry win comfortably if he wasn't scheming up plays to make our defense look lost. Even on that 4th and goal the play was there but Rivers just overthrew him. Do the Colts even make the playoffs without him calling plays? It's tricky for these guys because they're ability to game plan and play call is what got them these head coaching jobs in the first place. To simply had the play calling duties over to somebody that hasn't had as much success as you is a tough thing to do. You have to weigh the cost benefit and if you do call your own plays you have to put more responsibility on the coaching staff around you to help you more with in game management.
  14. I have no clue what to expect from this game. I'm just going to go 37-13 Bills based off Allen's and Lamar's Wonderlic scores.
  15. Off the top of my head I think the Titans beat us in the WC game with a 13-3 record. They had a chance to do it that year.
  16. I think you can do both. Bill Walsh and Mike Holmgrem come to mind. If you're that much better at it than anybody else then why would you hand over the play calling duties? Payton, Arians, McVay, LaFleur, Stefanski, and Reid all call their own plays and they're six of the last eight teams standing.
  17. Just out of curiosity, has an NFL team ever gone 17-3 before?
  18. Why would Reid? He just won a Super Bowl calling the plays. This isn't a charity profession. If Bieniemy doesn't get a HC job I'm sure there's plenty of teams out there that would hire him as offensive coordinator where he can call his own plays. He can also go the Bill O'Brien route and be a college head coach.
  19. Mostly because Nagy and Pederman got head coaching jobs doing the same job Bieniemy is doing right now under Reid. Their tenures were mixed so it could explain the hesitation in hiring Bieniemy. I'm also not sure how well he interviews. Maybe he does have to pull a Pettine and come to Buffalo for a year.
  20. He's going to have to deliver right away with Ryan turning 36 and stuck there with his contract for two more seasons. One more team off the board.
  21. Makes sense. The Pats will be back in contention next year with all that cap space with Belichick still at the helm.
  22. I think he goes to the Chargers as the brass there pry thinks he can get the most out of Herbert given his success with Allen. I was just pointing out that there's a risk with every new coach and Daboll's past offenses prior to this year are nothing to ride home about.
  23. Which vaccine did you get? Moderna or Pfizer? That's great that you had few side effects.
  24. Not sure about that. Stalin's agricultural policies weren't the greatest.
