I said they hate them and you never asked what they passed. -
Name a Right Wing Position

Not bothering to read responses but I’m pretty sure they still hate abortions, tax increases, minimum wage increases, expanding healthcare, gun control laws, environmental regulations, and damn dirty hippies. -
"Don't buy our stuff." - Levi's
Doc Brown replied to Big Blitz's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
So did some of there main competitors like Adidas and New Balance. It's a dilemma for Nike because they want to expand their business in China but don't want to piss off consumers in their home markets. -
"Don't buy our stuff." - Levi's

Obviously they're trying to appeal to the younger generations and these are the issues they care about. Even if it means turning off the get off my lawn crowd. The goal being to indoctrinate them into only buying their brand to cut off competition. It's a calculated risk that Nike pulled off (Kaepernick) despite having sweatshops overseas. They've consistently beat consensus estimates with their earnings and their stock price is at an all time high so they're doing something right. -
Did it make you a little nervous though?

Potential Hint to Draft Priorities?
Doc Brown replied to glazeduck's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Answer: It's not. It could be a big need next year though so it would be prudent to draft and develop one if the Bills feel they have a future star in rounds 1 or 2. Based on where we pick, the players who will likely be available at #30, and our current personnel the only position I think could have a significant positive impact this year for our team is CB. I hope a good one falls to us and that's who we take. -
The Next Pandemic: SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19
Doc Brown replied to Hedge's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Agreed. I get more worried about the long term effects of new drugs compared to the vaccines just in the way each works once implemented into the body. The one group that I do feel shouldn't be pressured to get vaccinated for the overall good of society is young women who either are pregnant or want to have kids. The data since the vaccines have been implemented have been encouraging in that regard. -

Kind of like your yearly flu shot? -
Increase funding for training current cops. Increase training hours and education requirement (associates degree at minimum) for wannabe cops. If you want that decent salary and generous state pension you should have to earn it.

I stopped watching him long ago when he thought Bush wasn't hawkish enough in Iraq. He continues to be an idiot by suggesting that mob rule played into the jurors decision as that's pure speculation on his part. It's also an insult to the jurors. I can never defend rioting and looting although I can sympathize with the anger. History shows the public will sympathize with just movements by peaceful protests but not when rioting and looting are involved. As MLK once said, "Every time a riot develops. It helps George Wallace."

NFL Passes Expanded Jersey Number Rule
Doc Brown replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Linebackers can still wear #'s in the 50's as The Jokeman pointed out. They just expanded it to 1 through 49 if they wish. Step off the ledge -

Gee, I wonder if the prospect of selling more jerseys factored into this decision? -
Bojo to Rams (update - traded to Packers)
Doc Brown replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Depends on field position, down, and distance. Teams are becoming more aggressive though. Wish McD would've trusted his analytics guys in the AFC Championship game. -
That's what I mean when I say there's a systemic problem with police in many major cities. Chauvin had 18 complaints filed against him prior to the Floyd confrontation and was only disciplined for two. If the Floyd incident wasn't caught by a Samaritan on camera Chauvin would still be patrolling the streets.

Wasn't sure to put this in PPP or here but this is really good news.

Excellent argument AGAINST drafting a 1st Round RB
Doc Brown replied to Rigotz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Plus, I want my first rounder to see 90% or above of the snaps which is what we'd get with a true #2 CB. It's kind of why I shy away from taking a chance on a DE in the first round who's only going to be in on 50 to 60% of the snaps or so in McD's defense. -
We’ve been debating this since Moses read the Ten Commandments.

It wouldn’t get any attention though because it wasn’t during the anthem. Why do I feel like this is an old argument?

Well, I guess we'll have to wait to see if he accepts her compliment.
