  1. I don't trust Wentz to hold this lead.
  2. Good thing he wasn't on grass.
  3. Frank Reich was the head coach when Luck retired.
  4. Colts defense sucks. Jones already has more passing yards against the Colts than he did against us.
  5. The nightmare scenario is missing the playoffs and we seemed fine hosting them last season with basically the same team. I doubt the Bills play as poorly as they did earlier this year (weather dependent of course).
  6. No clue but I'm hoping his body reacted to it better this time as he spent four days in the hospital last time with severe symptoms. I'm guessing testing positive again (this time fully vaccinated) freaked him out at the very least.
  7. He didn't miss a game his first two years here before Covid hit so it's not like he just got the big contract and got lazy. I'm sure he played through some pain during those two years. I didn't have a problem with him sitting out a year with Covid given his body weight and how little we knew about it at the time. I'm with you that I have a huge problem with him not getting vaccinated considering he sat out a year. However, I doubt you're part of the training staff that knows the difference between Allen's injury and Star's injury. Yet alone concluding that Star is soft for not playing through it.
  8. You could make the case this team has a better shot at making the Super Bowl as a WC team. -It's highly unlikely we get the #1 seed if we win the division so we're going to have to win three straight to make the Super Bowl no matter what. -There won't be much difference in quality of teams from seeds 1 to 7 as the AFC is wide open. -We rely more on the pass than any other AFC team and our stadium is the windiest on average in the NFL. -We've played better on the road this year and across the league home teams are just 103-104-1 this year. -This team embraces the underdog mentality and seems uncomfortable as front runners. It would be nice to win the division but I just want to get in so I'm not going to lose sleep if the Pats beat the Colts on Saturday. Just find a way to get into the dance. -
  9. McDermott’s Trojan Horse.
  10. In this game it was because every 4th down attempt was under five yards and in the Chiefs territory. I agree with you as it's the way you have to play against the Chiefs. Staley would be commended for his boldness if they complete even just one of those fourth downs they missed as they pry win the game. Staley stuck to his guns and I respect that. The only questionable decision was not going for 2 up 7 in the 4th quarter to make it a two possession game. You've been aggressive all game. Why not go for two there?
  11. Not for vaccinated players. They relaxed their "socialization" rules as an incentive to get the vaccine.
  12. How is that different than packed locker rooms before practice throughout the week? How is that different from teammates going out together for dinner, shows, clubs, etc...?
  13. Agreed. There's enough evidence now that this thing doesn't spread during games. I doubt the NFL changes their policy to that degree though.
  14. We play better on the road and as an underdog.
  15. Our playoff odds are basically the same regardless of the outcome.
  16. No. He flopped hoping for a flag when he realized it was uncatchable. Smart move by a vet receiver.
  17. Imagine if Denver signs Watson assuming his legal situation gets resolved.
  18. We'd be doing the same thing if we drafted Tua.
  19. I remember being forced to wear a seatbelt while driving around in public was all the outrage. Just vote the people who push for mask mandates out. It's really the only way.
  20. He lasted as many games in the NFL as Bobby Petrino did. This just hurts college head coaching candidates for NFL head coaching openings down the line.
  21. When it's just as comfortable for them, it's just right for us.
  22. This was the drought in a nutshell....
