  1. 8-3 his second season as starter (they lost two games he didnt start)
  2. this is a bad idea because flacco offers no other capabilities in the game other than throwing the ball, now if they had tyrod and lamar maybe it would be harder to determine what was going on
  3. I agree Allen plays whenever ready regardless of who is in front of them. I just dont think McCarron is default the guy to play if they deem Allen isnt ready. McD did draft Peterman and put him in to start over TT last year, there is obviously something they like about him
  4. Still thinking that Kirby? (that there is 0 chance)
  5. No dont weep, join the mob! I have a brand new torch waiting to be lit for you!
  6. This is what I saw on the replay, he started to turn away from the contact. When I saw it live I thought it was a charge, but after review I thought it was a block
  7. I believe he said something that he was already off the bench trying to check in or something, which if that was the case I can see why they wouldnt. Tristan Thompson on the other hand probably should be
  8. Your Empathy Quotient score was 28 out of a possible 80. Scores of 30 or less indicate a lack of empathy common in people with Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome. sent the test to my wife, she gets a 69 and then tells me: Haha I don’t need a test to tell me your EI could use some expanding ?
  9. the charge reversal didnt cost the cavs the game it tied it up and they got the ball back still. For everyone complaining about the calls, the cavs still controlled their destiny in regulation and couldnt get it done. Hill missed the free throw, then jr compounded that with being dumb. Then they didnt show up in OT.
  10. Pretty sure that was the Carolina comeback game with EJ at Qb
  11. While not good, we were a lot better than other years it felt like, we did win @Atl and @KC, two playoff teams (the other being @Miami week 17)
  12. Appreciate this, I knew there had to be some sort of distinction.
  13. I said, I am not sure what the laws are in regards to that. If there are laws that dictate things such as that they should be abided is all I was saying. If there are no such laws, then sure they can say what they want
  14. While I do find it mildly disrespectful to kneel during the anthem etc. that’s my personal view and I respect that others may not feel that way. Im not sure how the employer/employee relationship works with regards to interviews (like I’m sure there has to be some sort of distinction between post game interviews and others) but if they were of the kind that is not under employee mandate or if the employer doesn’t care about the kind that are, then sure why not?
  15. Of course his name was brought up. The sitting president was commenting on the issue. That doesn’t mean they made their rule just to placate him. They stood against him last year with the remarks he made, so I would have to believe while it may have been a factor, I don’t think it was that big of one.
  16. So this is really about trump not the anthem policy
  17. You are missing the part where if they don’t want to participate they can stay in the locker room without punishment that was for majbobby
  18. Yes as is the employers right. I would suggest that if they really wanted to go over game film to stay in the locker room and they wouldn’t be fined. I don’t see how that’s unreasonable
  19. If that’s what they want to do, sure
  20. The NFL isn’t forcing participation with this new rule
  21. Its not the same thing at all. One, the german thing was government mandated, the NFL is the business owners decision. Two, the team was banned for a year in Germany, the nfl team would be fined. Three, they dont even have to stand, they can stay in the lockerroom if they dont want to stand. Also, the NBA has a policy that requires people to stand, but of course the NFL is the bad guy. NBA's rule: (2) Players, coaches and trainers are to stand and line up in a dignified posture along the sidelines or on the foul line during the playing of the National Anthem.
  22. This is just a terrible post.
